Presidential Proclamation on the Death of Billy Graham
As a mark of respect for the memory of Reverend Billy Graham, I hereby order, by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, that on the day of his interment, the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-staff at the White House and upon all public buildings and grounds, at all military posts and naval stations, and on all naval vessels of the Federal Government in the District of Columbia and throughout the United States and its Territories and possessions until sunset on such day. I also direct that the flag shall be flown at half-staff for the same period at all United States embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including all military facilities and naval vessels and stations.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this twenty-first day of February, in the year of our Lord two thousand eighteen, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-second.

Animal Health Center Moving

Dexter, Missouri - Animal Health Center will be moving from 13515 N Locust St to 2030 North Outer Road.in Dexter beginning March 5, 2018. The clinic will shut-down during the move beginning Thursday, March 1, 2018 - Saturday, March 3, 2018.
Starting March 5th they will be open 6 days a week, Monday - Friday hours will be 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - noon.

Dr. Tammy Williamson will the be the primary veterinarian on staff.
Animal Health Center will offer vaccinations, Science Diet, full hospital, boarding and premium pet supplies.
After hours emergency will also be available to established clients. Dr. Steve Williams has six veterinarians on staff at four clinics to provide such services. The nearest emergency clinic is about an hour and a half away so it would be good to get established with the Animal Health Center.

Stoddard County Route CC Closed for Pipe Replacement
Route CC in Stoddard County will be closed as Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace a culvert under the roadway.
This section of roadway is located between Route 114 to Route HH.
Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, Feb. 20 through Wednesday, Feb. 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
