Dexter, Missouri - Carol Moreland has worked diligently for months getting the word out about the Stoddard County 911 sales tax issue on this week's ballot and it worked.  The 911 Sale Tax  won with a total of Yes votes 3,270, No votes 1,044!

" Thank You from the bottom of my heart for supporting 911 and Public Safety!" commented Moreland.  "I promise that we will be a good steward and serve you to the best of our ability!"

ShowMe Times in conjunction with Mrs. Moreland held a contest and the winner was to receive two Cardinal baseball tickets.  Little Miss Kinzley Hale won!
