Earlene Barnett, daughter of the late Denver Brown and Peggy Samples Brown, was born on August 3, 1957, in Kennett, Missouri, and departed this life on September 6, 2024, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri, at the age of 67 years.
Mrs. Barnett was a former secretary and office manager. She enjoyed playing bingo and bowling and she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
On January 28, 1995, in Essex, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Tommy Barnett. Mr. Barnett preceded her in death on March 27, 2018.
She is survived by two sons, Jeremy Hunt and wife Dawn of Sikeston, Missouri, and Tony Barnett of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; by two daughters, Jennifer Shanefelter (Gary Freeman) of Sikeston, Missouri, and Tracy DeBose of Chicago, Illinois; by her brother, Johnny Brown and wife Regina of Dexter, Missouri; by her sister, Sherry Newell and husband Tim of Sikeston, Missouri; and by five grandchildren, Kaelyn Hunt, Grace DeBose, Ruby DeBose, Ryan Hunt, and Jaxen Hunt.
Other than by her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Brown in infancy; and by her son-in-law, Marc DeBose.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Stanley Griffin officiating. Interment will follow in Dexter Cemetery.

Randy W. Witt, son of Carolyn Ann Cathey Witt of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the late Orvel W. Witt, was born on February 7, 1968, in Cairo, Illinois, and departed this life on September 6, 2024, at his residence in Morley, Missouri, at the age of 56 years.
Randy was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy Reserve, serving in Bahrain and retiring with 22 years of service. He had worked for Unilever Good Humor Breyer, The Flower Basket and JC Penney in Sikeston, Missouri and he attended Murray Lane Baptist Church in Sikeston.
Along with his mother Carolyn, he is survived by two sisters, Julie Ann Witt of Sikeston, Missouri, and Donna Kay McClard and husband Gary “Butch” of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; by his “other” sister, Donna Jo "DJ" Mofield of Dexter, Missouri; by his niece and nephews, Ann Marie McClard, Austin Witt and wife Micheala, and Garrett McClard; and by many close friends.
Other than by his father Orvel, he was preceded in death by his “other” brother-in-law, Chris Mofield.

Billy Kingery Jr., son of the late Billy Kingery Sr. and Laura Ryman Kingery, was born on December 3, 1980, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and departed this life on September 5, 2024, at Mercy Hospital Stoddard in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 43 years.
Mr. Kingery was a machine operator for Holden Pallett in Dexter, Missouri, and a resident of Dexter. He enjoyed raising chickens and building things.
On May 2, 2015, in Dexter, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Geraldine Moore. Mrs. Kingery survives of their home in Dexter.
Along with his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Mickey Sue Kingery of Dexter, Missouri; by two brothers, Dustin Kingery and Aaron Ryman both of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; by three sisters, Amy Ethridge and Elaina Kingery both of Poplar Bluff Missouri, and Connie Kingery of Mount Ulla, North Carolina; by his mother-in-law, Debra Moore of Dexter, Missouri; by two sisters-in-law, Amber Hunsaker and Christina Johnson both of Dexter, Missouri; and by four brothers-in-law, Larry Moore Jr. of St. Louis, Missouri, Anthony Moore of Essex, Missouri, Colin Moore and Jacob Moore both of Dexter, Missouri.
Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Shawn Burkett, and by his father-in-law, Larry Moore Sr.

Felicia Wyatt, daughter of the late Aubrey Adamson and Marguerita Tinsley Adamson, was born on September 6, 1965, in Dexter, Missouri, and departed this life on September 3, 2024, at her residence in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 58 years.
Mrs. Wyatt was the owner of the Honey Hole Bait & Tackle in Dexter, Missouri, a former graphic designer for the Daily American Republic Newspaper in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and a former over the road truck driver. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She enjoyed fishing, crochet, gardening and cooking.
On January 18, 2014, in Dexter, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Robert Wyatt. Mr. Wyatt survives of their home in Dexter.
Along with her husband, she is survived by her son, Bryce Butler of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; by her step-daughter, Monica Wyatt of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; by her brother, Sam Adamson of Mount Dora, Florida; by her sister, Carole White of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; and by two grandchildren, Olivia Wyatt and Thea Wyatt.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Friday, September 6, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 6, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.

Tina Mae Evans Bradshaw, 97, passed into heaven on August 28, 2024, in Dexter, MO. She was the daughter of Henry Clay Evans and Sarah Carros Jackson Evans. She grew up in Puxico and attended school there.
After high school she attended business college in St. Louis. She married Elmon "Brad" Bradshaw in 1946 and they were married for 47 years.
For most of her married life, Tina and Brad lived in the St. Louis area where Tina worked for American National Insurance. When Brad retired, they moved to the "country" of rural Advance. During their retirement years, Tina was happiest when she could spend time with her mother and sister Norma on their outings together. She also enjoyed attending church, writing meaningful letters, cooking nutritious meals, listening to gospel music, and spending time with family.
Throughout her life, Tina was known to have a sweet demeanor. She was a caring listener and a patient, unassuming lady. She had a strong faith in God and a belief in the goodness of people. She never said an unkind word about others and she always looked for their positive qualities. Tina's integrity was a part of her manner.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her sister, Norma Sifford.
Remaining to mourn her loss are her niece, Sandra Sifford Denbow, a great-nephew, Devlin Denbow, brother-in-law, George Sifford and beloved relatives, Maebell and Alvin Schearf and Dale Wiseman.
Graveside services will be held at Fairview Cemetery Puxico, Missouri with Rev. Dale Wiseman officiating on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. with Watkins and Sons Funeral Service in charge of all arrangements.
