
Ronald D. Temples, son of Norris “Bud” Temples, Jr. and the late Shirley Shipman Temples, was born on December 21, 1965, in St. Louis, Missouri and departed this life on September 9, 2024, at his home near Dudley at the age of 58.
He worked as an HVAC technician and plumber for Jim Bollinger & Son Heat, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical.
On July 11, 2004, he was married to Carolyn Christian in Dudley. Mrs. Temples survives of the home.
Ron leaves behind his wife, his father, and two sons, Josh Durham of Dexter, Missouri, and Jamie Durham (MacKenzie Williams) of Essex, Missouri; five granddaughters, Destiny Durham (CJ Greene), Alexis Durham (Marcellus Fleming), Zoey Durham, Heidi Durham, and Aubrey Camden, along with one great granddaughter, Harmony Fleming. He is also survived by one brother Aaron Temples; two uncles, Clifford Temples and Gary Temples; by one aunt, Sue Sadler; several cousins, other loved ones, and many friends.
Preceding Ron in death were his mother, Shirley Temples; his brother, Darren Temples; and his twin brother, Donald Temples. His grandparents, Norris Sr. and Lucille Temples and Jac and Edna Shipman also preceded him in death.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Mathis Funeral Home. Funeral services will then be conducted on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Mathis Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jamie Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Hagy Cemetery.
