Anna Mae Adams, daughter of the late Artie and Elizabeth Smiley, was born on September 6, 1937, in Bernie, Missouri, and departed this life on July 8, 2021 at Dexter Living Center in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 83 years.

Mrs. Adams was the former owner and operator of E & A Snack Sales. She was a member of Southwest Church of the Nazarene in Dexter, and she was a resident of Dexter.

On October 18, 1958, in Dexter, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Earl D. Adams. Mr. Adams preceded her in death on December 23, 2003.

She is survived by her son, Nathan Adams and wife Jamie of Dexter; by her daughter, Deborah Kirkpatrick and husband Doug of Dexter; and by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Other than by her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Earlinda Monnier and JoAnna Mae Adams; and by four brothers and four sisters.

Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Monday, July 12, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

A memorial service will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, July 12, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Steve Tippen officiating. Interment will follow in Dexter Cemetery.
