Rhonda Jean McCoy, daughter of the late Sam True and Onia Faye Smith True, was born on November 6, 1966 in Lewisville, Arkansas and departed this life on April 7, 2020 at her residence in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 53 years.

Mrs. McCoy was a waitress and attended the Lighthouse Christian Center in Dexter.

On June 2, 2004, in Piggott, Arkansas, she was united in marriage to Matt McCoy.  Mr. McCoy survives of their home in Dexter.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, LaTisha Arnold and husband Britt of Bernie; by her step-son, Zach McCoy and fiancé Alyssa Phillips of Park Hills; by her step-daughter, Ciara Tucker and husband Mike of Dexter; by two sisters, Debbie Ferguson of Bernie and Kim Walker of Poplar Bluff; and by six grandchildren, Taven Owens, Braxton Arnold, Dyson Arnold, Kannon Arnold, Skylon Arnold, and Kaden Norman.

Other than by her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Melanie Miranda, in infancy.

 A private, family only, funeral service will be conducted at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Friday, April 10, 2020.  Interment will follow in the Hagy Cemetery.
