Wretha Mae Minton, daughter of the late Clarence David Cobb and Nancy Elizabeth Lyons Cobb was born in Corning, Arkansas on January 18, 1929 and departed this life at Golden Living Center in Malden on January 4, 2015 at the age of 85.

Mrs. Minton was a homemaker and was a member of Abundant Life Church of Rural Bernie, Missouri.

She was united in marriage to Joe Robert William, he preceded her in death in 1971.  She also was united in marriage to Frank R. Minton and he preceded her in death on 1991.

Survivors include six sons,  Robert Lee Williams of Yermo, California, Ronnie Williams of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, David Williams of Holcomb, Missouri, Donnie Williams of Dexter, Missouri, Ricky Williams of Parma, Missouri and Randolph Williams of Malden, Missouri; five daughters, Carol Lacey of Scott City, Missouri, Peggy Weems of Malden, Missouri, Ann Weems of O’Fallon, Missouri, Patricia Chance of Bernie, Missouri and Barbara Jo Castleberry of St. Louis, Missouri; by three brothers, Joe Cobb, Jerry Cobb and Gene Cobb all of Bernie, Missouri; by two sisters, Vernell Ross of Campbell, Missouri and Bonnie Sue Fouse of Hooston, Illinois; by 53 grandchildren and 97 Great-Grandchildren and  40 Great-Great-Grandchildren; also by other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death other than by her parents and her husbands, by two sons, Wayne Williams and Steven Joe Williams; by three daughters, Joyce Moore, Mona Weems and Betty Carroll Couch; by three brothers, Willie Cobb, Leon Cobb and Vonda Cobb.

Friends may call at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie, Missouri on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.  

Funeral services will then be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Bernie at 1:00 P.M. 

Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.  Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
