Sheila Ann Paul, 57, of Scott, Louisiana, formerly of Malden, was born on December 10, 1961 in Malden, Missouri to the late William Paul and Joan Cronan Paul. She departed this life on Friday, January 4, 2019 at her residence in Scott, Louisiana.

Sheila Ann Paul was a certified nursing assistant.

Her survivors include:

2 Sons: Cody Paul of Oklahoma and John Thibodeaux of Crowley, Louisiana.

2 Daughters: Nicole Gary of New Iberia, Louisiana and Shauna Stover of Gideon, Missouri.

13 Grandchildren

Brother: Scott Paul of Clarkton, Missouri.

Sister: Rhonda Paul of New Iberia, Louisiana.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden from 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M.  Funeral services will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Greg Mullins officiating.

Interment will be in the Mt. Gilead Cemetery in Clarkton, Missouri.

Earl “Wayne” Northington, son of the late C. L. Northington and Leila Mae Guinn Northington, was born on September 28, 1947 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and departed this life on January 4, 2019 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri at the age of 71 years.

Mr. Northington was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp, serving during the Vietnam War.  He was a line worker for Arvin for 30 years.

He was united in marriage to Linda McAnelly on June 21, 1969 in Bell City, Missouri.  Mrs. Northington survives of the home in Dexter, Missouri.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Kevin Northington of Corsicana, Texas; by two daughters, Laura Northington of Dexter, Missouri and Samantha Stock of Elsah, Illinois; by one brother, Gerald Northington of Dudley, Missouri; by one sister, Dorothy Higginbotham of Dudley, Missouri; by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. 

Graveside services will then be conducted at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.

Charles Lee Brigman formerly of Bloomfield, son of the late William Harrison and Bertha Clifton Brigman, was born in Pemiscot County, Missouri on February 2, 1957, and passed away at the Marian Cliff Manor in St. Mary, Missouri on December 30, 2018, at the age of 61 years, 10 months and 28 days.

Charles had lived in Bernie and Bloomfield, Missouri before moving to St. Mary in 2006. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force.

Surviving are three sons, Nathan B. Hunter of Long Lane, Missouri, Steven Quallman of Polo, Missouri, William "Billy" Quallman of Smithville, Missouri; one daughter, Kristina Hunter of Long Lane, Missouri; five grandchildren; four sisters, Anita Jarrell of Puxico, Patsy Ruth Stringer of Jackson, Dottie Sue Hunt of Harrisburg, Arkansas and Nancy Jane Hartle of Millersville. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Guy, William Earl, Gerald David and Eddie Junior Brigman; three sisters, Audrey Jean Brigman, Carla Jo Brigman and Marie Hicks.

Visitation will be held on Monday January 7, 2019, after 11:00 a.m. until time for services at 1:00 p.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.

Interment will follow in the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with full military honors. Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of all arrangements.

Kenneth Dale Shelton son of the late Bill Shelton and Ethel Cox Shelton was born on February 11, 1946 in Malden, Missouri and departed this life on January 5, 2019 at the Dexter Living Center at the age of 72.

Mr. Shelton had been a pastor at the Oak Ridge Church of God in Doniphan, the First Church of God in Celina, Tennessee and the First Church of God in Hickman, Kentucky.  He had retired from the maintenance department in the Dexter Hospital.

On June 26, 1964 he was united in marriage to Judy Horn in Bernie, Missouri.  Mrs. Shelton survives of their home in Dexter.

Besides his wife he is survived by one son, Jeffery and wife Billie Shelton of Dexter; by one sister, Billie Jo Alsup of Dexter; by one brother-in-law, Donald Stinson of Broseley, Missouri; by two grandchildren, Kenneth Allen Shelton of San Antonio, Texas and Jennifer Ann Shelton of Dexter and by one great-grandchild, Brayden Stanford.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters, Norma Shelton, Betty Aslin and Rosanna Stinson.

Funeral services will then be conducted on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Gerald Fadler officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Sycamore Cemetery.

Samuel Faulkner, son of the late Ernest Faulkner and Minnie Cantrell Faulkner was born on May 7, 1936 in Bloomfield, Missouri and departed this life on January 2, 2019 at his residence in Bloomfield, Missouri at the age of 82 years.

Mr. Faulkner was a retired Veteran of the United States Army and United States Navy and was a resident of Bloomfield.

Survivors include: one son, Andrew Faulkner and his wife Kalli of Dacula, Georgia; one granddaughter, Maddison Faulkner; one sister, Donna Ruth Ann Faulkner of Oregon.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by seven brothers, Carl Faulkner, George Faulkner, Norman Faulkner, Charles Faulkner, David Faulkner, Gilbert Faulkner and John Vaughn; by four sisters, Beatrice Hester, Geneva Nelson, Virginia Merideth and Joyce Faulkner.

At the request of Mr. Faulkner, a private service will be conducted at a later date.
