In Memory of Bryan Leroy Bisher,

Bryan Leroy Bisher, age 78, a resident of East Prairie, MO, died Sunday, January 27, 2019, at his home. Born December 20, 1940, in East Prairie, to the late Leroy and Ethelyne Haines Bisher, he was a timberman and had worked in construction. He was of Pentecostal belief.
He married Frankie Davenport, who survives of the home.
Also surviving are six sons, Kenneth Sprinkles of Maynard, AR, Henry Sprinkles of East Prairie, Mike Sprinkles of Bloomfield, MO, and David Sprinkles, James Sprinkles and Steven Sprinkles, all of East Prairie; four daughters, Patricia McDonald of Sikeston, MO, Sheila Tubbs of Benton, MO, and Sandra Sprinkles and Shelly Bisher, both of East Prairie; and two sisters, Maxine Haney of Chaffee, MO and Phyllis Boner of Abilene, TX. Also surviving are several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Earl Sprinkles; one daughter, Brenda Baker; one brother, Jack Bisher; and three sisters, Hilda Hardison, Shirley Bolden Barger and Sheila Crowley.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie. Bro. Sonny Jackson will officiate.
Burial will follow in East Prairie Memorial Park.

In Memory of Rilla Fulkerson

Rilla Fulkerson was born on December 22, 1928 in Tallapoosa, Missouri and departed this life on January 30, 2019 in Houston, Texas at the age of 90 years.
Mrs. Fulkerson was a member of First Baptist Church in Dexter, Missouri where she loved singing in the choir. She was a homemaker and resident of Dexter.
On October 7, 1955 in Dexter, Missouri, she was united in marriage to James Fulkerson, Jr. Mr. Fulkerson preceded her in death on August 3, 1983.
She is survived by one son, Mark and wife Lisa Fulkerson of Dexter, Missouri; one daughter, Jayme Fulkerson of Houston, Texas; by one brother, R. V. Redden; by two grandchildren, Haley and husband TJ Robey and Matthew Fulkerson; by one great-grandchild, Peyton Robey.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, J. T. Redden, Virgil Redden and Jill Redden.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 1:30 pm until 2:30pm.
Funeral services will then be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 2:30pm with Tim Chamberlain officiating.
Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter is in charge of all arrangements.

In Memory of James Norman Walker

James Norman Walker formerly of Advance, son of the late Henry and Jewell Walker Cagle, was born in Bloomfield on April, 13, 1927, and passed away at the Missouri Veteran's Home in Cape Girardeau on January 30, 2019, at the age of 91 years, 9 months and 17 days.
James had lived in the Advance area most of his life where he had farmed.
On May 19, 1957, he was married to Agnes Virginia Wallace in Morley, Missouri. She preceded him in death on April 23, 2006.
Surviving are two daughters, Norma Helbling of Pocatello, Idaho, Edith Back of Reed Springs, Missouri; one son, James Walker of Advance, Missouri; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; four brothers, Gene Cagle of Dexter, Bill Cagle of Poplar Bluff, Wayne and Junior Cagle both of Bloomfield. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one great grandson, Carter Thomas Walker.
Friends may visit on Thursday, January 31, 2019, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 12:00 pm at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Interment will follow in the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield with full military honors. Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home of Bloomfield in charge of arrangements.

In Memory of Mildred Colleen Mooney

Mildred Colleen Mooney, 102, of Columbia, MO, formerly of Dexter, MO, passed away on January 30, 2019.
She was born on April 17, 1916, in Couch, MO, the third daughter of Nora Couch Tucker and Noah Otto Tucker. She attended the Couch public schools where she graduated from high school in 1934.
After graduation and at different times of her life, Mildred worked retail jobs of several kinds, all of which she enjoyed. She also attended beauty school and maintained her own beauty shop for many years.
On May 16, 1937, she was united in marriage to Buford Mooney, deceased, at Thayer, MO, and they were the parents of Ronald B, Columbia, and Richard T, Jefferson City.
Mildred’s first love was her family, which included seven grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren whose birthdays she always remembered, followed by her love for her church. She spent many years as the head cook of the Wednesday night suppers at the First Baptist Church in Dexter.
Mildred is survived by Ron, Rick and wife Jeanelle, daughter-in-law Diana, grandchildren Anne Echelmeier (Jeff), Bob Mooney (Kim), Doug Mooney, Beth Hunt (Bryan), Ryan Mooney (Melissa), Jonathan Mooney (Becky), and Rob Mooney (Kimberly), 16 great grandchildren, and nephews Gary Tucker and Carl Barton.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Buford, her parents, her sisters Bernice Tucker and Eunice Barton, her brother George Tucker, nephew Robert Barton, and niece Karol Jane Turner.
Visitation will be held at Rainey Mathis Funeral Home, Dexter, on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 9:00 to 10:30am, with the funeral following at 10:30am with Rev. Don Kennedy officiating.
Burial will be at the New Salem Cemetery in Couch, MO following the service later that afternoon.
