Josiah (4th) - worked hard during virtual learning

Bernie, MO - The Bernie School Board of Education met in regular session on Monday the 13th of September 2021.
Program evaluations on Professional Development, Curriculum and Instruction, were reviewed and approved.
The Board approved a total of 10 days of COVID Leave to the staff for the 2021/22 School Year and making it retroactive to August 23, 2021.
The Board also approved the August 2021 Policy and Regulation Updates. The financial statement was approved and bills were authorized for payment.
During Executive Session:
The Board accepted the resignation from Joey Ruth as the Full Time Bus Driver The Board approved adding names to the substitute list as follows:

Darrin Shipman, Sub Bus Driver
The Board hired Hannah Lee as the Full Time Substitute and Curtis Miller was approved as the Assistant Cross Country Coach.

Bernie, MO - This year, the Bernie PTO is bringing back a community favorite, TJ's Pizza out of St. Louis.
TJ's provides delicious products with premium ingredients. Be watching for order forms coming home this week.
