WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills from -10 to around -20 degrees expected. For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations 1 to 2 inches. Localized higher totals up to 3 inches possible closer to the Arkansas border. WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois and southeast Missouri. WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight tonight to noon CST Sunday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from noon Sunday to 6 PM CST Monday. IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
