Cynthia Marie Ward-O’Neal, daughter of Roy Ward and Rachel Williams Ward, was born on March 27, 1971 in St. Louis, Missouri. She departed this life on September 29, 2022 at the age of 51 years old.
Cyndi led a full and adventurous life. She enjoyed taking trips to Las Vegas, Disney World, and camping trips with her kids. She loved spending time with her kids, family, grand-pups, and her dog-Sadie. She enjoyed cooking for her family, and she would make the best meatloaf and homemade chocolate chip cookies. She was always there for everyone. If you needed something or just needed company she would be the first person there.
Cyndi loved to make people laugh by either telling a funny joke or showing her favorite TikTok videos. She was also very witty and would have the best come-backs, especially during margarita nights. Nights having a jumbo (or 2…) frozen strawberry/mango margarita surrounded by her family were her favorite.
Cyndi was a wonderful mother, sister, daughter, friend, and dog-grandma. She will be terribly missed.
She is survived by her parents, Roy and Rachel Ward of Bloomfield; by her son, Kurtis O’Neal and daughter-in-law Hannah O’Neal of Bloomfield; by her daughter, Emily Glueck and son-in-law Zach Glueck of Bloomfield; by two sisters, Kristin Miller of Bloomfield and Laura Dumey of Dexter; and by four four-legged grandchildren: Annie, Simon, Thelma, and Louise.
