James Lawrence “Larry” Kehoe III, D.O., son of the late James Lawrence “Buddy” Kehoe Jr. and Virgina Hackett Kehoe, was born on July 4, 1939, in Sedalia, Missouri, and departed this life on June 16, 2022, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the age of 82.
Dr. Kehoe was an engineer with McDonnell Douglas and General Electric before attending medical school at the Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine (KCU). He opened private practices in Farmington, Perryville, and Sainte Genevieve, Missouri, before moving to Dexter in 2001 and working as an emergency room physician. Dr. Kehoe retired from Dexter Memorial Hospital in 2013 after nearly 40 years practicing medicine.
Dr. Kehoe was united in marriage to Diana Naeger Kehoe on November 7, 1987, in Sainte Genevieve, Missouri. Mrs. Kehoe survives in their home of Dexter, Missouri.
Other survivors include two sons, Andy Kehoe of O’Fallon, MO, and Dr. James Lawrence “Jim” Kehoe IV & wife Becky of Clinton Township, MI; two daughters, Jeanetta Daum & husband Keith of Cape Girardeau, MO, and Leslie Seiter of Dexter, MO; three sisters, Libbie Blaeuer & Dennis Pierman of Lake Ozark, MO, Suzi Aleshire & husband Glen of Moberly, MO, and Jane Phillips & husband Larry of Bloomington, IL; 10 grandchildren, Jamie & wife Julie, Sean, Amy, Andrew, and Adam Kehoe, Madison, Bryar, and Walker Daum, and Alex and Katy Seiter; and many close relatives and friends he dearly loved.
Dr. Kehoe enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, hunting and fishing, working on his cars and motorcycles, gardening and cooking.
Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dexter on Sunday, June 26, 2022, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Orval Larry Grimes, son of the late Orval Junior Grimes and Betty Lou Thomas Grimes, was born on June 16, 1949, in Pontiac, Michigan, and departed this life on June 16, 2022, in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 73 years.
Mr. Grimes was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Vietnam era. He was a former welder working in the shipyards in Virginia and a resident of Bernie, Missouri.
On August 31, 1968, in Hampton, Virginia, he was united in marriage to Darlene Kay Mitchel. Mrs. Grimes preceded him in death on July 3, 1984.
He is survived by two daughters, Tisha Byan Grimes and Malanie Brie Howard, both of Arizona; by two brothers, Rick Grimes of Pontiac, Michigan; and Phillip Grimes (Rhonda) of Malden, Missouri; by three sisters, Linda Cooper, Robin Mekan (Ivan), and Bobbie Pierce (Jeff) all of Bernie, Missouri; and by six grandchildren he dearly loved, Jasmine Sky Grimes, Rhiana Dulaney, Kaitlin Dulaney, Cierra Kennedy, Ireland Johnson, and DecLynn Howard; and by four great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. with full military honors.

Maxine Brown, daughter of the late Walter Tharp and Gladys Bradbury Tharp, was born on May 2, 1934, in Parma, Missouri, and departed this life on June 16, 2022, at her residence in Oak Ridge, Missouri, at the age of 88 years.
Mrs. Brown was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker.
On January 21, 1950, in Piggott, Arkansas, she was united in marriage to Otho Dallas Brown. Mr. Brown survives of their home in Oak Ridge, Missouri.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Lavonda Cone of Festus, Missouri, and Carole Bradley and husband Scott of St. Louis County, Missouri; and by two grandchildren, Ellie Bradley and Justin Bradley.
Other than by her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Gerald Cone; and by two sisters, Willette Dowdy and Hazel Baldwin.
Graveside services will be conducted at Chalk Bluff Cemetery on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.

Dennis Joe “Denny” Ward, son of the late Jack Ward and Bobbie Jean Sheldon Ward, was born on June 24, 1952, in Advance, Missouri and departed this life on June 15, 2022, at Southeast Health in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the age of 69 years.
Mr. Ward was a Union Carpenter with Carpenter Local 1770 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and a former Job Superintendent for Penzel Construction in Jackson, Missouri. He was a former member of the Bloomfield Masonic Lodge and a resident of Bloomfield, Missouri. He enjoyed deer hunting and reading about World War II.
On November 20, 1976, in Bloomfield, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Debra Pullum. Mrs. Ward survives of their home in Bloomfield.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Kara Walker and husband Seth of Dexter, Missouri; by his brother, Larry Ward of Bloomfield, Missouri; by his granddaughter, Emma Walker, who he dearly loved and enjoyed spending time with; and by several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, June 18, 2022, from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.
Funeral services will then be conducted on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 2:30 p.m. Interment will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery in Rural Bloomfield, Missouri.
Randal Len “Randy” Silliman, son of Violet Norman Silliman of Dexter, Missouri, and the late Bill Silliman, was born on July 31, 1954, in Dexter, Missouri, and departed this life on June 14, 2022, at his residence in Slidell, Louisiana, at the age of 67 years.
Mr. Silliman farmed with his Dad as a boy growing up. After marriage he began farming the family farm with his brother Darrell from 1974 to 1982. He then farmed and ran local Ag Businesses up to 2005 when he moved his business to Louisiana where he formed S&S Commercial Inc. which did heavy construction and commercial demolition. He most recently started Gulf Coast Crushing in Pass Christian, Mississippi. Randy was in the Missouri National Guards for six years and he was a member and deacon at White Oak Grove General Baptist Church in Bernie.
On February 2, 1974, in Bernie, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Debra “Debbie” Evans. Mrs. Silliman survives of their home in Slidell, Louisiana.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his son, Chad Silliman and wife Dena of Slidell, Louisiana; by two daughters, Tracy Silliman Botsch of Bernie, Missouri, and Jessica Hylton and husband Dusty of Slidell, Louisiana; by two brothers, Darrell Ray Silliman of Red Banks, Mississippi, and Dr. William Ray Silliman and wife Janet of Jackson, Missouri; by one sister; by eight grandchildren, Justus Silliman (Aleesa), Dakota Len Hampton (Devin), Kerri Botsch, Macie Botsch, Kaylin Jane Hylton, Kylee Hylton, Kolston Hylton, and Kash Hylton; and by three great-grandchildren, Haven Silliman, Everleigh Silliman, and Cole Hampton.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Friday, June 17, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Bill Pennington officiating.
Interment will follow in the Chalk Bluff Cemetery
