Jacquelyn Marie Douglas MacKay of Cape Coral, FL, entered her heavenly home peacefully on June 4, 2022. Jacquelyn was born to Billie Edwin Douglas and Alma Marie Phelps on December 23, 1942 in St. Louis, MO.
Jacquelyn was a retired teacher with the Woodland R-4 School District where she taught remedial math and reading for 28 years. Jacquelyn was a talented artist and teacher, an amazing cook, witty and spunky, had the biggest smile, an amazing laugh, beautiful sense of humor, and was a great friend to many. Jacquelyn was a loving mother to six children: Gina Page of Marble Hill, MO, Becky Antonacci (Ray) of Troy, MO, Scott Page of Marble Hill, MO, Chad Duley (Iris), Ryan Duley (Amber), and Erik (Christina) Duley all of Dexter, MO.
Jacquelyn loved and cherished her grand-children Kristin Vaillancourt, Matthew Vaillancourt, Nathan Page, Caleb Antonacci, Cierra Antonacci, Taylor Reynolds, Emily Page, Noah Duley, Lincoln Duley, Arianna Duley, Westan Duley, Alyssa Duley, Amelia Duley, and Ella Duley, and great grandson Aiden Vaillancourt.
Jacquelyn's beloved husband Robert "Bob" MacKay preceded her in death on April 25, 2022. Jacquelyn is also preceded in death by her parents.
The family would like to invite family and friends to share in the celebration of Jacquelyn’s life on July 2, 2022 at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Glen Allen, MO.
