Bernie, MO - The Bernie High School honored their Class of 2022 at graduation on Saturday, May 14, 2022. Each academic department presents cords to students maintaining an A average while attaining credits needed for graduation.

Bernie, MO - Bernie High School held their graduation on Saturday, May 14, 2022.
John Nimmo was named the Salutatorian for the Bernie High School Class of 2022.
He is a very accomplished young man. He has been involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes, FCCLA, Future Business Leaders of America, Future Farmers of America, Sr. Beta Club, Student Council, Basketball, Baseball and Cross Country.
During his athletic playing career, he has been on the All County and All District Basketball and Baseball Teams and was the "big Man in the middle" on this year's basketball team that finished 2nd in the State in Class 2.
He was also the Missouri State Junior Beta Club Chaplain from 2017-2018 and the Missouri State Senior Beta Club Secretary for the 2021-2022 school year.
In addition, he was chosen Student of the Year by the faculty and also was awarded the President's Award for Academic Excellence.
He is a member of Northside Baptist Church in Bernie.
Anna Eaton was named Valedictorian for the Class of 2022
She is a highly distinguished young lady and has been involved in Sr. Beta Club, FCCLA, Student Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Pep Club, Yearbook, Future Business Leaders of America, Scholar Bowl, Softball and Volleyball.
During her athletic playing career, she has been a four-time Volleyball Academic All State, Softball Academic All State for four years, was a member of the All County Teams in both volleyball and softball as well as being a member of All District teams for volleyball and softball.
She recently received the Air Force Math and Science Awards, the President's Award for Academic Excellence, and was a finalist for Student of the Year here at Bernie HIgh School.
