In Memory of Tony Allen Alsup

Tony Allen Alsup, son of Harold Junior Alsup and Betty Hayes Alsup of Bloomfield, Missouri, was born on November 8, 1960, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and departed this life on April 8, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in St Louis, Missouri, at the age of 61 years.

Mr. Alsup was an employee of Brown Construction in Dexter, Missouri. He was a member of the Lighthouse Christian Center in Dexter and a resident of Dexter. Tony enjoyed being in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and arrowhead hunting.

On January 9, 2009, in Bloomfield, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Mary Beth Phillips. Mrs. Alsup survives of their home in Dexter.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his step-son, Brett Frazier of Dexter, Missouri; by his step-daughter, Jessica Ammons and husband Dylan of Batesville, Arkansas; by two brothers, Harold Timmy Alsup and wife Sherry of Clarksville, Tennessee and Douglas Michael Alsup and wife Lorey of Harrisburg, Arkansas, and by his sister, Jeannie Sue Putney and husband Roger of Dexter, Missouri.

Visitation will be held at the Lighthouse Christian Center on Thursday, April 14, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

A memorial service will then be conducted at the Lighthouse Christian Center on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Tim Russell officiating.

Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter is assisting with arrangements.
