Loyd Allen Jarrett, age 67, of Dexter, MO, died Sunday, October 20, 2019 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, in Poplar Bluff, MO. 

Mr. Jarrett was born September 5, 1952 in Poplar Bluff, MO. 

He was retired from Arvin Automotive where he worked for 40 years. 

He is survived by his mother:  Mary Jarrett of Bernie, Mo; two daughters:  Jennifer Stoker of Bloomfield and Vicki Chaligoj Bryant of Sikeston; one son:  Joe Whitaker of Dexter; one step son:  Cecil Whitaker of Dexter, Mo; one brother:  Danny Jarrett of Bernie; three sisters:  Beverly Phillips of Bernie, Regina Jenkins of Malden and Susan Varvel of Jackson, Tn; and ten grandchildren.   

He was preceded in death by his father William Charles Jarrett one son:  Loyd Allen Jarrett Jr; one brother Steve Jarrett and one sister:  Debra Kay Allison. 

Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. 

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, in the funeral home chapel.  Burial will be in Brown Chapel Cemetery at Broseley.
