2019 DHS Lady Bearcat Senior Night Featuring Keirstan Keirsey
Dexter, Missouri - The Dexter High School Lady Bearcats held their Senior Night on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at the Bearcat Event Center.

Keirstan Keirsey is the daughter of Keith Keirsey and Donna Keirsey.

She is a member of the girls basketball team.

She is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Sr. Beta Club, 

Her future plans are to attend Southeast Missouri State University - Cape Girardeau and major in Criminal Justice.

Her most memorable moments from Dexter High School are going to the STATE MSHSAA girls basketball tournament her sophomore year and when Coach Allen slipped and did the splits on the court at sectionals her freshman year.

Dexter High School Wrestling Bearcats Earn First Ever District Championship
Ste. Genevieve, Missouri - The Dexter Bearcats won the team District Championship on Saturday at the Class 2, District 1 Tournament in Ste. Genevieve.  Four athletes earned first place and 11 qualified for the state tournament.

The Bearcats finished with 187 points, beating second-place Ste. Genevieve by 3.5 points.

According to Dexter head coach James Sneed this District Championship is believed to be the first ever in school history.

Travis Waldner, Jett Featherston, Colten Gibson, and Bryston Pemberton won district championships.

2019 DHS Wrestling Senior Night Featuring John Tucker

Dexter, Missouri - On Tuesday, February 5, 2019 the Dexter High School wrestlers honored their seniors at their last home meet of the season before starting District play on Friday and Saturday.

John Tucker is the son of Jonathan and Christy Tucker.

He has been a member of the Dexter High School Wrestling Team for two years.

John plans to attend welding school upon graduation in May.

His most memorable moment at Dexter High School were the overnight wrestling tournaments.
