In Memory of Phillip S. Hendrix

Phillip S. Hendrix, son of the late Andrew Hendrix and Margaret Crawford, was born on March 20, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri and departed this life on January 21, 2019 at his residence in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 69 years.
Mr. Hendrix had been a welder for Arvin Automotive. He was a resident of Dexter, Missouri.
He was united in marriage to Raydean Morgan in October 1978 in Dexter, Missouri. Mrs. Hendrix survives him of the home in Dexter.
Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, John Hendrix of Fort Myers Beach, Florida; by two daughters, Christy Slaughter of Bloomfield, Missouri and Shannon Curten of Lonedell, Missouri; by three brothers, David Hendrix of Mississippi, Stanley “Spanky” Hendrix of Dexter, Missouri and Mark Hendrix of Chesterfield, Missouri; by one sister, Judy Reese of Dexter, Missouri and by two granddaughters.
A celebration of life will be held at Robbie D’s on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter is in charge of arrangements.
