Stoddard County, Missouri - The National Weather Service in Paducah, Kentucky has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 3 p.m. Wednesday until 6 p.m. Thursday for Stoddard County, MO.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FROM 3PM CST WED UNTIL 6PM CST THU

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 6 PM CST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...SNOW, OCCASIONALLY MIXED WITH LIGHT FREEZING RAIN, WILL DEVELOP AND SPREAD NORTH ACROSS THE AREA.

TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES WITH ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS, ALONG WITH ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO AROUND ONE TENTH OF AN INCH, ARE EXPECTED.

* WHERE...THIS WILL AFFECT SOUTHWEST INDIANA, SOUTHEAST MISSOURI, WESTERN KENTUCKY AND PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN ILLINOIS EAST OF INTERSTATE 57.

* WHEN...FROM 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 6 PM CST THURSDAY.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...PLAN ON SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS. THE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS MAY IMPACT THE COMMUTE THIS EVENING, AND WILL LIKELY IMPACT THE COMMUTE THURSDAY MORNING. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
