In Memory of Lindola Noe

Lindola Noe was born on December 28, 1940 in Clarkton, Missouri to the late Chester Barker and Edith Butts Barker.
She departed this life on Friday, January 26, 2018 at the Southeast Health Center of Stoddard County in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 77 years 0 months and 28 days.
Lindola Noe had been the bookkeeper for Barker-Noe in Malden and was of the Methodist faith. Lindola was united in marriage to Dean Noe on November 25, 1960 in Malden, Missouri. He preceded her in death on Thursday, December 11, 2003.
Her survivors include: 2 Sons: Scott Noe & wife, Jodie of Malden and Shane Noe & wife, Waynette of Brandon, Mississippi. Grandchildren: Matthew Noe &Logan Noe of Springfield, Missouri, Lauren Noe of Brandon & Maddox Noe of Brandon, Mississippi. Brothers: Carl Barker & wife, Anita of Campbell, Bill Barker & wife, Phyllis of Astor, Florida and Jeff Barker & wife, Debi of Sikeston.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Malden from 2-4 P.M.
Funeral services will follow at 4:00 P.M. at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden with Mr. James Powell officiating.
Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bootheel Youth Museum, 700 N. Douglas, Malden, MO. 63863 or to the charity of donor's choice.

In Memory of Clifford Wamble

Clifford Wamble, son of the late Louis Wamble and Joyce Robinson Wamble was born on April 3, 1940 in Dexter, Missouri and departed this life on January 25, 2018 at his residence in rural Dexter at the age of 77 years, surrounded by his wife and two children and daughter-in-law.
Mr. Wamble was a Veteran in the United States Air Force. He was an employee of Arvin Automotive where he had retired, a member of the First United Methodist Church of Dexter and was a member of the American Legion.
On May 27, 1966, he was united in marriage to Deloris Quick in Dexter, Missouri. Mrs. Wamble survives of the home in rural Dexter.
Survivors include: his wife Deloris; one son, Ryan Wamble and Cindy of Holcomb, Missouri; one daughter, Erin Wamble Burlew and Mike of Springfield, Missouri; by one brother, Don Wamble of Laurel, Mississippi; one sister Veda Ogan of Florissant, Missouri; by four grandchildren, Hallie Burlew of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Gavin Burlew Springfield, Missouri, Leah Robey and Drew of Dexter, Missouri and Myca Sutton of Dexter, Missouri; by his mother-in-law Wilma Quick of Dexter, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Joe Wamble.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
Services will be conducted on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 9:00 AM in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Pastor Ron Beaton officiating.
Interment will follow at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield with full Military Honors.

In Memory of Mara Lee Davis

Mara Lee Davis, Daughter of the late Roy Lindsay and Ella Higginbotham Lindsay was born in Broseley, Missouri on September 5, 1921 and departed this life at Miner Nursing Center near Sikeston, Missouri on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the age of 96.
She was united in marriage to Herman Davis in Piggott, Arkansas on February 3, 1943. Mrs. Davis preceded his wife in death on August 9, 2000.
Survivors include one son, Gary Davis of Austin, Texas; two daughters, Marilyn Kay Ferrell of Sikeston, Missouri and Martha Faye Davis of the home in Bernie; by one granddaughter Sasha Saleman & husband Elliott; by two Great-grandson’s, Simon and Ethan Saleman; also by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death other than her parents and her husband, by one brother, Myrl Lindsay and his wife Helen.
Friends may call at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie, Missouri on Monday, January 29, 2018 from 10:30 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.
Funeral services will then be conducted at 1:00 P.M. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Keith Crow officiating.
Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery. Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Bernie, Missouri or the Stoddard County Children’s Home.

In Memory of Willard Doyle Eubanks

Willard Doyle Eubanks, son of the late John Thomas Eubanks and Mattie Crowell Eubanks was born on June 12, 1921 in Clarkton, Missouri and departed this life on January 25, 2018 at Southeast Health of Stoddard County Emergency Room in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 96 years.
Mr. Eubanks owned Eubanks Contracting, attended the Puxico General Baptist Church and was a resident of Bloomfield, Missouri.
On December 1, 1943, he was united in marriage to Ruth Hornbuckle. She preceded him in death on June 6, 1976.
Survivors include: three sons, Willis Eubanks and Brenda of Bloomfield, Missouri, Doyle Eubanks and Kathy of Patton, Missouri, and Jerry Eubanks of Wappapello, Missouri; one daughter, Patsy Lindsey and William of Vancleave, Mississippi; by two brothers, Joe Eubanks of Horine, Missouri and Gary Eubanks of DeSoto, Missouri; by two sisters, Velma Dinsmore and Lorine Sparkman both of Manila, Arkansas; by nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, by one son, Donnie Eubanks, one daughter, Daisy Spears, two grandchildren, two brothers, James Eubanks and Roy Eubanks.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
Services will be conducted on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Gary Eubanks officiating.
Interment will follow at the Gravel Hill Cemetery in Rural Bloomfield, Missouri.

In Memory of Donald Edward Gard

Donald Edward Gard, son of the late Arthur Vernon Gard and Gladys Steward Gard was born on May 12, 1943 in Pontiac, Michigan, and departed this life on January 24, 2018 at the age of 74.
Mr. Gard was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dexter, the Vice President of Plant Operations for Health Systems, Inc., and a long-time resident of rural Dexter.
Don was a generous giver with a compassionate heart, and loved people. He enjoyed talking with folks and had a gift for telling stories and anecdote’s in a skillful and amusing way. He had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing and wood carving. As a local “history buff,” he was a popular speaker at historical society meetings in Southeast Missouri. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend and business associate to so many, and will be greatly missed.
He was united in marriage to Barbara June Atherton on May 1, 1964 and to this union, two sons were born. She preceded him in death on July 28, 2012. He was then married to Patti Miller on March 1, 2013 in Dexter, who survives at their home.
Besides his wife, survivors include two sons and their spouses, Steven and Kristin Gard of Naperville, Illinois and Darrin and Crystal Gard of Headland, Alabama: by one step-daughter and her spouse, Natalie and Richard Osborne of Grapevine, Texas: by four grandchildren, Nathaniel Gard, Chelsea Gard, Abigail Grace Gard and Hayden Andrew Gard: by two step-grandchildren, Keylan Osborne (Sydney) and Dayton Osborne: by two brothers, Bill Gard of Pontiac, Michigan and Dave Gard of Bloomfield: by two sisters, Pam Millsaps of Niota, Tennessee and Jane Peacock of Scott City.
Visitation will be held in the First United Methodist Church in Dexter from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Sunday, January 28, 2018.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Monday, January 29, 2018 in the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Ron Beaton officiating. Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
