Dexter, Missouri - The annual Miss Heartland pageants were held on September 10, 2017 at the Dexter High School Auditorium.

The pageants are sponsored by the Dexter High School choral Department.

The 2017 Petite Miss Heartland is Kyndall Gail Evans.  She is the daughter of Lonnie Evans and Amanda King.

First Alternate is Ivy Benson.  She is the daughter of Dustin and Nicole Benson.

Second Alternate is Kylie Kimbrel.  She is the daughter of Neil and Tosha Kimbrel.
