Dexter, Missouri - The annual Miss Heartland pageants were held on September 10, 2017 at the Dexter High School Auditorium

The pageants are sponsored by the Dexter High School Choral Department.

The 2017 Little Miss Heartland is Lennon Ferrell.  She is the daughter of Ty and Sarah Ferrell.

First Alternate is Laney Benson.  She is the daughter of Landon and Hayley Benson.

Second Alternate is Hanna Rose Conner.  She is the daughter of Roseanna Williams and Jeremy Conner.
