Dexter, Missouri - The annual Miss Heartland pageants were held on September 10, 2017 at the Dexter High School Auditorium

Pageants are sponsored by the Dexter High School Choral Department.

The 2017 Miss Heartland is Ashleigh Bedwell.  She is the daughter of Trey and Dena Bedwell.

Second Alternate is Kelby Hill.  She is the daughter of Sara Davis and Cory Hill.

First Alternate is Alexa Werneck.  She is the daughter of Chad and Amber Werneck.

First Alternate is Courtney Northcutt.  She is the daughter of Ken and Billie Stratton.

First Alternate is Abby Kennedy.  She is the daughter of DAvid and Natalie Kennedy.

Second Alternate was Logan Marie Holman.  She is the daughter of Mindy Holman and Kevin and Toni Holman.
