Areas of experience must include: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, pool, janitorial and other building maintenance.
Job position includes monitoring a maintenance budget, overseeing maintenance team, and other duties as assigned.
Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Properties Director of Operations.

Police Chief Sammy Stone with the Dexter Police Department announces that sometime during the month of April, 2017, the Dexter Police Department will conduct a sobriety check point within the city limits of Dexter MO.
The operation will be conducted by the Dexter Police Department in cooperation with other local area law enforcement agencies.
The checkpoint is a static operation on a specific highway that is designed to check every driver to ensure they are sober.
The Dexter Police Department urges all citizens to report any vehicle they observe operating in a careless manner to their local authorities.

Stoddard County Route H Closed for Pipe Replacement
Route H in Stoddard County will be closed as Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace a culvert under the roadway.
This section of roadway is located from Route ZZ to County Road 660.
Weather permitting, work will take place Wednesday, March 29 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
