Dexter, Missouri - Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager position?  Gill Family Properties, LLC in Dexter is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for several apartment complexes across the Southeast Missouri area.

Areas of experience must include: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, pool, janitorial and other building maintenance.

Job position includes monitoring a maintenance budget, overseeing maintenance team, and other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Properties Director of Operations.

Required license or certification: HVAC

Position may require overtime, holiday and weekend work; “on-call” rotation.
