Zola Mae Scarbrough was born on April 24, 1928 in Selmer, Tennessee to the late James Willie Ingle & Eula Frances Russom Ingle. She departed this life on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell, Missouri at the age of 88 years 10 months and 28 days.
Zola Mae Scarbrough was a homemaker. She was united in marriage to Homer Grant Scarbrough on April 4, 1946 in New Madrid, Missouri. He preceded her in death on October 21, 2000.
Her survivors include four daughters: Frances Cason & husband, John of Marmaduke, Arkansas, Linda Kimbrick & husband, T. K. of California, Cheri Robards & husband, David of Malden & Carey Robards & husband, Terry of Campbell, two sons Homer Scarbrough, Jr. & wife, Barbara of California & Gary Scarbrough & wife, Sandy of Utah and several Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren and Great-great-grandchildren and two brothers: Sherman Ingle of Hernando, Mississippi and George "Sonny" Ingle of Bernie.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents,three sisters: Willie Bateman, Billie Jean Taylor & Georgia Bowers, two brothers: Quinnon Ingle & Vernon Ingle, granddaughter: Stephanie Vincent and grandson: Ryan Scarbrough.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017 from 1-2 P.M. at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will follow at 2:00 P.M. with Jared Hancock officiating.
Interment will be in the Elder Cemetery in Campbell, Missouri.
