South Pemiscot, Missouri - The Bloomfield Wildcats easily secured their first win of the Class 2, District 1 boys basketball tournament on Saturday.  The Wildcats defeated South Pemiscot 64-35.

Timmy Hector had a game-high 22 points for the Wildcats.

Playing in the Class 2, District 1 Boys Basketball  #1Hayti, #2 Bernie, #3 Puxico, #4 Bloomfield, #5 South Pemiscot, #6 Campbell, #7 Senath-Hornersville, and #8 Holcomb.

Hayti defeated Holcomb 73 - 41, Bernie defeated Senath-Hornersville 59 - 40, and Campbell beat Puxico 70 - 54.

Bloomfield (14-11) will play Hayti (16-11) at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21st in a semifinal game.

Bernie (14-12)  will play Campbell (15-9) at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21st in the other semifinal game.

Thursday, February 23rd at 7:30 will be the Championship game for Class 2, District 1 boys basketball.
