Dexter, Missouri – The Dexter varsity boys tennis team braved the clouds and little rain with a 6-0 victory against Cape Central.  They improved to 3-0.

“We are off to a good start and have played well for the most part,” commented coach Kurt Lovelady.  “I know we will see all of these teams again in the coming weeks and they will be gunning for us harder next time.”

The JV Bearcats also won both their singles and doubles matches that were completed before the rain.

Dexter will return to action Tuesday, April 7th when they Notre Dame.  They defeated the defending district champions earlier in the season.  Match time 4:00 p.m.
