Ronald D. Cooper, son of Travis Cooper and Clara McFarlin Cooper of Bernie, was born on April 27, 1960 in Poplar Bluff and departed this life on September 10, 2014 at Mulberry Manor in Dexter at the age of 54.

Mr. Cooper had worked as a compliance officer for First Midwest Bank in Dexter and was a resident of Dexter.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Randall Cooper and wife Patsy of Bernie; by one sister, Sherry Barnes and husband Darryl of Bernie; and by two nephews, Christopher Barnes and Travis Cooper, both of Bernie.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, September 13, 2014 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 P.M. 

Funeral services will be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Michael Burk officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
