
Beulah Fay Brown, daughter of the late Eugene Lane and Ida Mae Cole Lane, was born on June 4, 1925 in Vinson, Missouri and departed this life on June 7, 2014 at Mark Twain Caring Center in Poplar Bluff at the age of 89.
Beulah was a resident of Poplar Bluff, a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and dancing. She was a member of the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and helped out at Fay’s Place, LLC with beads and jewelry. She helped arrange day bus trips to Tunica, Mississippi for 18 years and bowled for several years.
On May 3, 1944, she was united in marriage to F. Orval Brown at Piggott, Arkansas. They recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary.
In addition to her husband, F. Orval Brown, 92, of Poplar Bluff, she is survived by one daughter, Fay Brown of Poplar Bluff; by one son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Katie Brown of San Clemente, California; and by one brother, Delmar Lane of Dexter.
All other brothers and sisters have preceded her in death.
Cremation will be at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. No services will be held.
