Dexter, Missouri -
On Saturday, November 30th, the Dexter Lady 'Cats Basketball Team will travel to St. Joseph's Academy, a college preparatory high school sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet in St. Louis to begin their 2013 - 2014 season.  With four seniors returning to the court their are great expectations that the girls will repeat their winning season from last year.

Dexter ended their season with a 26 - 5 record placing 4th at the Class 4 Championship games in Columbia.  Something they should be very proud to have accomplished.  They are the reining District Champs and they also won the Paragould, Arkansas Tournament and Lady Royals Classic last year.

"We look good coming into this year," stated Dexter's head coach Chad Allen.  "We have a tough schedule, playing on the road the first 14 games."

There are no juniors on the rosters.  Six sophomores and four seniors complete the varsity team according to the press released distributed at the Media Day hosted by the Dexter High School.
