A large number of people in the surrounding area look forward to the Thursday night of the fair every year. For a long time, the Thursday during the fair week has been known as “bracelet night.”

Many people feel as if bracelet night is less of a hassle if you’re one to ride many of the rides. Bracelets can be purchased for twenty dollars each between 6:00 and 10:00 P.M.

Bracelets can be used to get on the rides instead of tickets if one wishes to do so. It does make it a lot easier to buy a bracelet at the beginning of the night and be able to use it all night instead of standing in line numerous times at the ticket booth.

Other than being bracelet night, there will be more festivities tonight at the Stoddard County Fair. Some of those include: cattle, hogs, and equine judging in Arena A at 6:00 P.M., Robinson Chainsaw Wood Carvers and Puppet show at 7:00 P.M., Magic Mike, FFA Tractor Rodeo at 8:00 P.M. in Arena A, and Karaoke in Arena B at 8:00 P.M.

We wish everyone a safe and fun time while attending the Stoddard County Fair, and once again, don’t forget to take advantage of bracelet night starting at 6:00 P.M.
