Mrs. Scism had lived in Stoddard County most of her life and had lived in Memphis, Tennessee the past four years.
On January 29, 1952 she was married to Byron Scism. He preceded her in death on October 22, 2006.
Surviving are three sons, Tom Scism of Germantown, Tennessee; Bill Schween of Memphis, Tennessee; Eric Schween of New Glans, Wisconsin; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Warren Keller.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday, January 23, 2012, at 1 p.m., at the Bloomfield Cemetery in Bloomfield with the Rev. Gilbert Mitchell officiating.
Internment will be at the Bloomfield Cemetery in Bloomfield with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield in charge of all arrangements.

Anita Cullum, daughter of the late Herschel T. “Jack” Farmer and Dolly O. Wilson Farmer was born on December 21, 1942 at Holcomb, Missouri and departed this life on January 18, 2012 at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 69 years.
Mrs. Cullum was a homemaker, affiliated with the Church of Christ, and a resident of Bloomfield, Missouri. She loved gardening, sewing, and spending time with family.
On July 25, 1975 she was united in marriage to Lloyd Cullum in Dexter, Missouri. Mr. Cullum survives of the home in Bloomfield.
Besides her husband, other survivors include four sons, Jeff Darnell of Chesterfield, Missouri, Tom Darnell of Bloomfield, Pete Darnell and wife Carla of Jackson, Missouri, and Alan Cullum of Dexter; by one daughter Dolly “Sis” Billingsley and husband Dale of Dexter; one brother, Gerald Farmer of St. Charles, Missouri; by two sisters, Phyllis Farmer and Vickey Hartline both of Bloomfield; also by thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald Ray Farmer, Eddie Farmer, and Odell Farmer.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 5 until 8 p.m., Saturday January 21, 2012. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday January 22, 2012 at 2 p.m., at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter with Herman Morse officiating. Interment will follow at the Bluff Cemetery in Idalia, Missouri.
Katherine Irene Tucker Boone, daughter of the late Elmer Tucker and Birdie Mable Lightell Tucker was born on January 8, 1914 in Diehlstadt, Missouri and died on January 18, 2012 at the Cypress Point Skilled Nursing Center in Dexter at the age of 98.
Katherine was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Dexter, a retired seamstress at Elder Manufacturing and a resident of Dexter.
She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Joy and husband Bob Burns of Dexter and Phyllis and husband John Southern of Sikeston, Missouri; by eleven grandchildren, Micheal Cox of Westland, Michigan, James and wife Wendy Boone of Ohio, Robin and husband David Mitchell of Dexter, Cheryl and husband Jerry of Kratochvil of Cape Girardeau, Mike and wife Sharon Burns of Dexter, Debi and husband Scott McFarland of Fowlerville, Michigan, Benny E. Boone, Jr. of Clayton, Michigan, Laura and husband Steve Green of Cape Girardeau, Terry and wife Lisa Burns of Dexter, Jana and husband Jeff Limbaugh of Sikeston and Kristy and husband Brent Taylor of Sikeston and by seventeen grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sons, Benny Boone and James F. Boone; by one brother, Charles Tucker; by one sister, Alma Tucker Lewis; by one sister-in-law and dearest friend, Myrtle Tucker and by one grandson Dennis Cox.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Funeral services will then be conducted on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Roger Wooten officiating. Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
Susan was raised in Dexter but lived in Fredericktown after college with her husband where they both taught school. She and her husband moved back to Dexter in 1983. She had worked with the youth music at church and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Dexter at this time. Susan was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. In 2004 she was chosen as Mrs. Missouri Outdoors. She was a very talented artist, interior decorator, jewelry designer and enjoyed painting. Susan retired from the Dexter School District where she taught Art at the middle school. Susan also owned and operated her own jewelry business, Blonde Jewelry.
On November 30 , 1974 Susan was married to Stephen L. Watkins in Dexter, Missouri.
Surviving are her husband, Stephen Watkins; two daughters, Sarah and Ty Ferrell of Sikeston, and Rachael Watkins and Paul Rink of Dexter; by two granddaughters, Amelia Holden and Lennon Ferrell both of Sikeston; two sister, Judy and her husband Jim Cochran of Doniphani and Jane Cathey of Dexter; other friends and family also survive.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Lillian Holden.
Visitation will be held on Friday January 20, 2012 after 5 p.m., at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 21, 2012, at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter with the Rev. Tom Bass of Cape Girardeau, and the Rev. Steve Moody of Little Rock, Ark., officiating.
Burial will be in the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins and Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Eagle had lived in Dexter, Missouri most of his life. He had been a sign painter and done lettering and pin striping.
Surviving are one son, Sgt. Adam Eagle stationed in Afganistan; one daughter, Chelsee Eagle Burch of Dexter, Missouri; one stepson, Aaron McBroom of Destin, Florida; one stepdaughter, Gillian Cagle of Springfield, Missouri; one grandchild; and two stepgrandchildren. Other relatives and many friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one brother, White Cloud Eagle.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
