Dexter, Missouri - The Dexter Rotary Club recently made a $1,300 donation to the Keller Public Library.
The donation along with a $1,000 grand from Rotary International were used to purchase 90 chairs and 15 tables with carts for the community room.
"The folding furniture is durable, lightweight, and stain proof, and will serve the needs of the library guests for many years to come, accommodating even the largest crowds," commented Library Director Pam Trammell. " The library board, staff and patrons are extremely appreciative of this gift that so many visitors to the Community Room will use and enjoy. The Dexter Rotary Club has generously supported the library in many ways over the years and has helped the library offer more and better services to everyone!"
Pictured below are members of Dexter Rotary Club as they deliver the furniture to the library. They are: Danny Talkington, Dave Ellinghouse, Wayne Jean, Bruce Miller, Devon Miller, Hank Trout, and Pam Trammell, library director.
