Kim Moore and Leonard Moore of Dexter, Missouri, would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Lindsey Moore, to Eli Raward Hooten of Bruceton, Tennessee. Eli is the son of Pam and Jerry Hooten.

Jessica graduated from Dexter High School in 2004 and obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry and in Music Performance in 2009 with an Honors Diploma from Murray State University. In 2011 she completed a Masters in Science in Chemistry, and plans to pursue a Ph. D. in Biochemistry from Vanderbilt University.

Eli graduated from Bruceton Central High School in 2004 and obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering Physics with an Honors Diploma from Murray State University in 2009. In 2010 he obtained a Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, and is currently pursuing a Ph. D. in Computer Programming.

The wedding ceremony will be October 1, 2011, in Paris, Tennessee at the First United Methodist Church. Reception will follow at the Paris Convention Center. The couple will reside in Nashville, Tennessee.

Bill and Betty Fischer of Dexter and Rosemarie Fischer of Fenton, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Dana Anne Fischer to Brady Douglas Schwartz of Hermann. Brady is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Schwartz of Hermann, MO.

Dana graduated from Rockwood High School in 2004 and received her Bachelor of Science degree in finance in 2008 from Missouri State University.  In May 2011, Dana will complete her Certification for Elementary Education as well as her Masters in Elementary Education.

Brady graduated from Hermann High School in Hermann. He received his Bachelor of Science in construction management from Missouri State University in 2008.  He is employed by Burns & McDonnell of Houston, TX, as a project controls specialist for their construction design build group.

The wedding will take place in St. George Catholic Church in Hermann on August 6, 2011.  A dinner and dance will follow at Valentine Hall in Starkenburg.
