
Dexter, MO - The Swing Pink Softball Tournament has been rescheduled to Saturday, May 1, 2021. There will be nine softball teams competing in the 9th annual softball tournament! Last year's tournament was cancelled due to COVID-19.

Dexter, MO - Ryan Collier shot a match-best on senior night leading the Dexter Bearcats to a first place finish at Hidden Trails Country Club on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. He scored 1-under 35.
The Bearcats finished with 171, Notre Dame was second with 185 followed by Sikeston 199, and Kennett with 200.

Farmington, MO - The Dexter Bearcats golf team competed in the 14-team Crown Pointe Invitational Golf Tournament near Farmington on Monday, April 26, 2021. They shot 379 and finished eighth on a very windy afternoon.
Webster Groves won the tournament with 326 and Poplar Bluff finished second with 334.
Max Boland, of Webster Groves, won the tournament with a 2-over 74.
Dexter’s Ryan Collier was eighth with 82. Dylan Sitze finished with 89, Matt Hardin 97, and Alyssa Warren 111.
Dexter will play at home on Tuesday, April 27th in a snow make-up against Sikeston, Notre Dame, and Kennett.

Dexter, MO - It was senior night for the Dexter baseball team and they ended their last home game with a shutout win over the Twin Rivers Royals. The Bearcats defeated the Royals 2-0 on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.
Cole Nichols was the winning pitcher for Dexter. He lasted six innings, allowing three hits and zero runs while striking out two and only walking one.
Camden Riley struck out the last batter of the game. He three one inning in relief out of the bullpen recording the last three outs to save the varsity team.
Riley, Kaeden Kennedy, and Riley Slusher each collected one hit to lead the Bearcats to victory.
Dexter scored one run in each of the 4th and 5th innings.
The Bearcats will begin play in the SEMO Conference Baseball Tournament on Friday against Jackson at Capaha Park. First pitch at 6 p.m.

Sikeston, MO - The Dexter Girls Track & Field Team performed well at the Sikeston Meet on Monday, April 26, 2021. They finished 2nd out of 12 teams competing. Kennett Lady Indians finished in first place.
Gabrielle Brown finished 1st in the 800 meter with a time of 2:37.14. She also placed 1st in the 1600 meter with a time of 5:46.37.
The Lady Bearcats also finished 1st in the 4x400 with a time of 4:40.22 and 4x800 with a time of 12:07.36.
