In Memory of Dale Maynard

Dale E. Maynard, 77, of Malden, was born on August 14, 1940 in Boone, Iowa to the late Earl M. Maynard and Vivian Marie Martin Maynard. He departed this life on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dale E. Maynard had been the plant supervisor for National Steel Company and was a member of the Sunnyvale General Baptist Church. He was united in marriage to Mary Jane Mishler on March 8, 1957 in Albert Lea, Minnesota. She survives of the home in Malden.
His other survivors include:
Sons: Marion Maynard of Cleveland, Tennessee and Robert Maynard of New Haven, Missouri.
Daughters: Cynthia Ann Pattarozzi of Summerville, Georgia and Mary Kay Sherlin & husband, David of Bryant, Alabama.
13 Grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren
Brother: Glen Maynard of Odgen, Iowa.
Sisters: Alberta Grabau of Boone, Iowa and Shirley Riley of Perry, Iowa.
Many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son: Jeffrey Wayne Maynard; his father-in-law & mother-in-law: Marion R. and Mary Jane Mishler.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 6-8 P.M. at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden.
Masonic service was held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 17, 2018.

In Memory of Phillip Ray Frazier, Sr.

Phillip Ray Frazier, Sr. of Dexter, son of Ray Frazier and the late Edith Maye Frazier, was born in Hartford, Maryland on June 30, 1962, and passed away at the St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis on July 13, 2018, at the age of 56 years and 13 days.
He had lived in the Dexter area most of his life. He had worked for T. & W. Masonry as a brick layer and had been a member of the Dexter Eagles Aerie. He enjoyed being outdoors, camping, fishing, gardening and playing pool.
Surviving are one daughter, Jessica Frazier of Dexter; two sons, Phillip Ray Frazier II of Advance, Brett Frazier of Dexter; his father, Ray Frazier of Dexter; one sister, Phyllis Harris of Greenville; one brother, Dennis Frazier of Wappapello; and four grandchildren, Abriana, Dallas, Valerie and Olivia Frazier. Other relatives and friends also survive.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 16, 2018, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Watkins & Sons Funeral Service in Dexter, Missouri.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at the Watkins & Sons Chapel.
Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.

In Memory of Jerry Wayne Allen

Jerry Wayne Allen, son of the late Vernie Allen and Nona Bell Wrinkle Allen, was born on November 16, 1946 in Malden, Missouri and departed this life on July 13, 2018 at his home in Bernie, Missouri at the age of 71 years.
Mr. Allen was an over-the-road truck driver for T&H Transport and a Farmer.
On January 14, 1989, in Dexter, Missouri he was united in marriage to Victoria Lynn Raymond. Mrs. Allen resides of the home in Bernie.
Besides his wife, he is survived by four sons; Mark Allen of Alabama, Matthew Allen of Bernie, Missouri, Ethan Allen of Wichita, Kansas and Aaron Allen of Bernie, Missouri; by one daughter; Gena Barnett of Dexter, Missouri; by one brother, Glen Allen of Catron, Missouri and by six sisters, Verna Dodge of Lake St. Louis, Missouri, Judy Belt of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Peggy Hampton of Malden, Missouri, Patricia Avery and Brenda Allen both of Granite City, Illinois and Sheliah Reece of Lake Ozark, Missouri; by four grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. A Memorial service will be conducted on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel.

In Memory of Timothy William Baldwin

Timothy William Baldwin was born on February 11, 1997 in Memphis, Tennessee and departed this life on July 12, 2018 in Hayti, Missouri at the age of 21 years.
Survivors include his father Timothy S. Baldwin (Hannah) of Dexter, Missouri; his mother Misty Thompson Baldwin (Erin Edmiston) of Memphis, Tennessee; one son, Jayce Baldwin of Walls, Mississippi; by two brothers, Garrett Edmiston and Joshua Banks both of Memphis, Tennessee; by three sisters, Autumn Baldwin and Brittany Baldwin both of Dexter, Missouri and Rebecca Edmiston of Memphis, Tennessee.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter.
Interment will follow in the Hagy Cemetery.

In Memory of William Thomas Forkum, Jr

William Thomas (Tommy) Forkum Jr., son of the late William T. Forkum, Sr. and Pansy Pedigo Forkum, was born on June 5, 1947 in Bernie, Missouri and departed this life on July 13, 2018 at his home in Glenallen, Missouri at the age of 71 years.
Mr. Forkum was a former employee of the City of Dexter where he worked 5 years in the Dexter Police Department and for the City of Dexter Water Department for 25 years. He was a member of the House of Prayer in Bell City, Missouri. He enjoyed spending time with his family, camping and was an avid deer hunter.
On June 3, 1966, in Dudley, Missouri he was united in marriage to Wilma Light. Mrs. Forkum resides of the home in Glenallen, Missouri.
Besides his wife, he is survived by; one son, Jay and his wife Theresa Forkum of Bloomfield, Missouri, by three daughters; Shannon and her husband Mark Billingsley of Lowndes, Missouri, Janet and her husband Charlie Clifton of Grassy, Missouri and Misty and her husband Shawn Robey of Bloomfield, Missouri, by ten grandchildren; Megan and her husband Blaine, Tonya and her husband Randall, Thomas and his wife Addy, Amy and her husband Darren, Kaylena and her husband Aaron, Howard, Shawn A., Jayden, Ely and Logan; and seven great-grandchildren; Makinley, Matthew, Braden, Braleigh, Zach, Dixie and Logan.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Sunday, July 15, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with the Rev. Wendell Light officiating.
Interment will follow at the Wiese Cemetery in Timber, Missouri.
