
Jimmy Brock was born on May 15, 1947 in New Madrid, Missouri to the late Watt Edward Brock & Cora Sidney Owens Brock. He departed this life on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 in Gideon, Missouri at the age of 69 years 11 months and 18 days.
Jimmy Brock had worked for the railroad and was of the Baptist faith.
His survivors include: Two Brothers: Billy Brock & wife, Karen of Malden and Phillip Brock of Malden and Two Sisters: Goldie Payne of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Shairon Bellows of Kennett, MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers: C. W. Brock, Richard Brock and Robert Brock and 3 Sisters: Charslee Dunlap, Verna Brock and Ida Kneehouse.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 3-4 P.M. at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden. Funeral services followed at 4:00 P.M. with Mr. James Powell officiating.
Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.

June M. Coffey, daughter of the late Loyd E. Estes and Etta Humpreys Estes was born on January 13, 1929 in Essex, Missouri and departed this life on May 4, 2017 at her residence near Dexter, Missouri at the age of 88.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dexter for 56 years and was a resident of Dexter. Mrs. Coffey was a teacher for 7th and 8th grade in Essex Public Schools and she was a teacher’s aide in the Special Education Department for Dexter Public Schools for 25 years.
On February 22, 1948, she was united in marriage to Lewis “Bud” Coffey in Hannibal, Mo. He resides of the home in Dexter.
Besides her husband, Lewis “Bud” Coffey, she is survived by one son, Lewis Gregory Coffey (Joyce) of St. Louis, Mo; by two daughters, Karen June Doyle (Tom) of Cape Girardeau, Mo and Nancy Ann James (Scott) of St. Louis, Mo; by five grandsons, Lance Doyle, Derek Doyle, Christopher Coffey, Andrew James and Matthew James; by four great-grandchildren, Riley Doyle, Bennett Doyle, Hadley Doyle and Emelia Coffey.
She is preceded in death by her parents; by three brothers, Lloyd Estes, Jr, Billy Estes and Michael Estes; by one sister, Eileen Ray.
Friends may call at the First United Methodist Church in Dexter on Monday, May 8, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Service will be conducted on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Ron Beaton officiating.
Interment will follow at the Chalk Bluff Cemetery.

James Ray Massey, son of the late Dee Massey and Alowese Baker Massey, was born in Buckeye, Arizona on January 8, 1958 and departed this life at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on May 2, 2017 at the age of 59.
Jamie had been Plant Manager for Tanner Seed in Powe, Missouri for 40 years, he also Coached Bernie Little League and served as Commissioner, he was on the Board of Public Water Supply District #6. He was a resident of Rural Bernie, Missouri.
He was united in marriage to Annetta Gay “Minnie” Stobaugh in Bernie, Missouri on November 26, 1977.
Survivors include his wife, Annetta Gay “Minnie” Massey of Bernie, Missouri; by three sons, Corey James Massey of Benton, Missouri, Matthew Thomas Massey and Marcus Shane Massey both of Bernie, Missouri; by three brothers, Terry Massey of Scappoose, Oregon, Larry Fitzgerald of Dexter, Missouri, Jerry Don Massey of Bernie, Missouri; by two sisters, Sandra Barnes of Las Vegas, Nevada and Christine Marshall of Bernie, Missouri; by four grandchildren, Hunter Massey, Brantley Massey, Hudson Massey, Cody Massey; also by other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death other than by his parents, by two brothers, Charles Massey and one in infancy; by one sister in infancy.

Gale B. McBride of Dexter, Missouri, son of the late Dee Dudley and Ella Marie Barnett McBride, was born April 6, 1930 in Parma, Missouri and passed away at the Missouri Veteran's Home in St. Louis on May 1, 2017, at the age of 87 years 25 days.
Gale grew up in Parma and had lived most of his life in Dexter. He had served in the US Army and was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church in Dexter. He had retired from the Purolator Plant in Dexter.
On August 4, 1962 he was married to Helen Reynolds in Collinsville, Illinois. She preceded him in death on November 18, 2004.
Surviving are three sons, Melvin McBride of LaCrosse, Wisconsin, Randy McBride of Rogersville, Missouri, Bob Brown of Saulte St. Marie, Michigan; three daughters, Jo Ann Ruble of St. Louis, Judy Tretter of Chesterfield, Sharon Palmer of Rolla, Missouri; many, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Other relatives and friends also survive.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Don Cox and Michael McBride; one daughter, Deborah Wilson; four brothers, Leon, Bill, Howard and Bob McBride and one sister, Marcella McIntrye.
Visitation will be held on Friday May 5, 2017 from 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM at the Watkins and Son Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the Watkins and Sons Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Lonnie Mittag of Dexter officiating.
Interment will follow at the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.

Loren Wilson, son of the late Author Wilson and Verna Gibbs Wilson was born on August 2, 1936 in Grayridge, Missouri and departed this life on May 1, 2017 at his residence in Essex, Missouri at the age of 80 years.
Mr. Wilson retired from the United States Air Force serving twenty-one years of service and then retired from Arvin Manufacturing in Dexter. He was an avid Gardener, mowing the yard, and working on the family farm.
On August 11, 1956, he was united in marriage to Gloria Fay Wilson in Dexter, Missouri. Mrs. Wilson survives of the home in Essex, Missouri.
Besides his wife, survivors include five sons, Kevin Wilson (Jonna) of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Kelly Wilson of Essex, Missouri, Kerry Wilson (Donetta) of Wildwood, Missouri, Keenen Wilson (Donna) of Greenwood, Indiana, and Kurt Wilson (Brenda) of Evans, Georgia; two brothers, Edward Wilson of Tennille. Georgia and James Wilson of Morgantown, Kentucky; by one sister Annalois Malone of Scottsdale, Arizona; also by thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Nelson Wilson and Robert Wilson; by two sisters, Wanda Martin and Catherine Rodgers.

Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with full military rites.
