He had lived in Bloomfield for the last 25 years. He had worked for the City of Memphis, Tennessee for many years and was a member of the BeechGrove Baptist Church near Bloomfiled. He enjoyed hunting for arrowheads, hunting, and reading.
On July 8, 1995, he was married to Alice Lee in Marion, Arkansas. She survives in the home.
Surviving are his wife, Alice Harrison of Bloomfield, Missouri; two daughters, Christy Walker of Arkansas and Mary Elizabeth Harrison of Bloomfield, Missouri; two brothers, Bill Harrison of Michigan and James Harrison of Cherry Valley, Arkansas; three sisters, Sharon Sebastian of Mississippi, Peggy Mann of West Memphis, Arkansas, and Phyllis Roney of Marion, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren, Gabriel Ervin, Cody Hornback, Jericho Hornback, Michelle Hornback, Isabella Loveless, Austin Loveless, Makayla Wimberly, Bethany Wimberly, Victoria Walker, Zachary Walker, Trinity Walker, and Tyler Eaton. Other relatives and friends also survive.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, November 9, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri with Rev. Dwight Hensley of Bloomfield, Missouri officiating.

Kenneth W. Parris, son of the late Robert and Gladys Parris was born on February 22, 1944 in Bernie, Missouri. He passed away on November 2, 2013 at the age of 69.
Kenneth was united in a loving marriage to Connie (Alleman) Parris on July 2,1965; in Dexter.
Kenneth founded Parris Farms in 1975, dedicating his life to his true passion, being a man of the earth, which he learned from his father. He also enjoyed drag racing for many years and most recently crappie fishing with his closest friends. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and was known to be a man of good humor, quick wit, and solid values; always helping those in need and a loyal friend to many.
Survivors include his wife, Connie Parris of Dexter; one son, Eric (& Tina) Parris of Dexter; one daughter, Jessica Parris of Dexter; one granddaughter, Erica Parris of Dexter; one brother, Robert (& Lorene) Parris, Jr. of West Plains, Missouri; and two sisters, Barbara (& Jimmy) Kirby of Dexter; and Brenda (& Charlie) Flanigan of Columbus, Indiana.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Harold Parris of Dexter.
Friends may call at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Masonic services will be at 7:00 p.m. provided by Masonic Temple Dexter Lodge #532.
The funeral services will be Thursday, November. 7, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Carroll McGruder leading the service. Interment will follow at Dexter Cemetery.

Lee Roy “Red” Burns, son of the late Walter L. Burns and Locie J. Jackson Burns, was born on October 27, 1924 in Dexter, Missouri and passed away on November 1, 2013 at Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter at the age of 89 years.
Mr. Burns was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Dexter and a resident of Dexter. He formerly was employed at Monarch Feed Mill and Ozark Dairy.
On April 1, 1965 he was united in marriage to Elizabeth Burns in Stoddard County, Missouri. Mrs. Burns survives at the home.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Roy D. Burns and Troy L. Burns, both of Dexter; by one step-daughter, Deborah Wilson of Dexter; by eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Dennis L. Burns; by one daughter, Carol Rice; by one step-son, Mike Harris; by two brothers, Arthur Burns and Luther Burns; and by two grandchildren, Patrick Rice and Jonathan Rice.

He had lived most of his life in Malden, Missouri. He had worked as a foreman in cotton gin construction and was a member of the Southern Baptist Church.
On August 3, 1971, he was married to Betty Jo Randell, she preceded him in death in 2000.
Surviving are two daughters, Sherry King of Campbell, Karen King of Gideon; two sons, Paul King and Bobby King both of Malden; 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; one brother, Jerry King of Montana; two sisters, Loretta Vancil of Campbell, Ann Stone of Malden; and Cassandra Davis and her three children and families. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one grandson.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 2, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at the Rosewood Cemtery in Malden, Missouri.
Interment will follow at the Rosewood Cemetery in Malden, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.

Shirley Randolph, daughter of the late Thomas Rogers and Martha Williams Rogers was born on September 27, 1948 in Rector, Arkansas and departed this life on October 30, 2013 at her daughter’s residence in Poplar Bluff, Missouri at the age of 65.
Mrs. Randolph was a member of the Second General Baptist Church in Dexter and a former resident of Dexter.
On March 19, 1965 she was united in marriage to Richard Earl Randolph in Piggott, Arkansas. Mr. Randolph preceded her in death on March 19, 2013.
Survivors include two daughters, Tammy Lynne Smith and husband Keith of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and by Cheryl Leigh Gibson and husband Jimmy of Corning, Arkansas; one brother, Eugene Rogers of Kansas; by four sisters, Jodean Haley of Malden, Missouri, Cynthia Sonny of Malden, Missouri, Fay Ambrozy of Michigan, and Donna McFarlin of Piggott, Arkansas; also by three grandchildren, Mandy Leible and husband John, Tyler Gaines, and Michael Veach.
Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Marion Rogers and Donald Rogers; by three sisters, Virginia Bell, Janie Hutchinson, and Annie May Rogers.
Graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, November 1, 2013 at the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter with Rev. Byron Beck officiating.
Interment will follow. Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter in charge of all arrangements.
