
Charles Wayne Hamaker, Jr., son of Charles Wayne Hamaker, Sr. and Estelle Mae Mitchell Barks, was born in Dexter, Missouri on August 11, 1977, and passed away at his home in Dexter on September 30, 2013, at the age of 36 years, 1 month and 19 days.
He had lived in Dexter, Missouri most of his life, moving to Kentucky to attend college in 1995, and moved back to Dexter 2 ½ years ago. He had a Bachelor degree in accounting and a Master's degree in Computer Science. He had worked as the IT tech for the Lexington, Kentucky School District before he was disabled. He was a member of the Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity at Murray State and was a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Surviving are his father, Charles Wayne Hamaker, Sr. of Dexter; his mother and step father, Estelle & Danny Barks of Dexter; one sister & spouse, Rhonda & Bruce Blankenship of Cape Girardeau; two brothers & spouse, Thomas Tucker of Arkansas, and Kevin & Nicole Tucker of Parma; nieces & nephews, Megan Sheeley, Camryn Tucker, Monty Dale Tucker, Mason Tucker, Isabella Tucker, Nuranda Tucker and fiance' Cody Harris, and great nephew, Camden Harris. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends also survive.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 1, 2013, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Danny Spence of Yellville, Arkansas officiating.
Interment will be in the Armstead Dowdy Cemetery near Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.

Mable Lucille Miller, daughter of the late Archie E. Sanders and Esther Mae Mosley Sanders, was born on January 15, 1918 in Austin, Indiana and entered into eternal life on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Clearview Nursing Center in Sikeston, Missouri at the age of 95.
Mrs. Miller was united in marriage to Russell Miller on January 9, 1937 in Bushnell, Illinois. Mr. Miller preceded her in death on July 28, 1989 following 53 years of marriage. They moved their family to Dexter, Missouri in 1947 and enjoyed a fruitful family, social and church life together for many years.
She was affiliated with the First United Methodist Church in Dexter, a member of the Eastern Star, a longtime volunteer at the Dexter Senior Center, and a resident of Dexter for many years and was currently living in Sikeston, Missouri. Mable will be remembered for a number of things, her infectious smile and quick wit and devotion to her family, friends, and church. She was an avid bridge player and a Christian who lived her faith on a daily basis by serving others and raising her children to love God.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Patti Gard and Don of Dexter; by four grandchildren, Steve Miller and wife Susan of Jackson, Missouri; Cathy Dirnberger and husband John of St. Charles, Missouri; Tom Miller of Hudson, Florida; Natalie Osborne and husband Richard of Keller, Texas; also by seven great- grandchildren, Tyler Dirnberger, Nick Dirnberger and Adam Dirnberger all of St. Charles, Missouri; Keylan Osborne and Dayton Osborne of Keller, Texas; Kelcie Miller of Lenexa, Kansas and Kyle Miller of Spokane, Washington.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Richard “Dick” E. Miller in 2004; and by two brothers and four sisters.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 1:30 until 3:00 P.M. Saturday September 28, 2013.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday September 28, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Greg McGhee officiating.
Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.

Roy “Bob” Yewell Moore, son of the late Perry Lee Moore and Edna Bell Young Moore, was born on April 30, 1928 in Essex, Missouri and passed away on September 25, 2013 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 85.
Mr. Moore was a member of the Dudley Community Church in Dudley, a former employee of the Fram Corporation in Dexter and a resident of Dexter. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Korean War.
On February 4, 1949, he was united in marriage to Mildred Ilene Parker in Piggott, Arkansas. Mrs. Moore survives at the home.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Twanda Sue Moore of Knob Noster, Missouri; by two brothers, Leoid Moore of Kennett, Missouri and M. C. Moore of Dexter, Missouri; and by one sister, Velma Pierce of Bloomfield, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Eugene Moore and by one sister, Margrite Darby.

Mary Sue Robinson, daughter of the late Slater Nathanel Howell and Nancy Leoma Hooper Howell was born on February 24, 1924 in Bolivar, Tennessee and passed away on September 24, 2013 at the Cypress Point Skilled Nursing Center in Dexter at the age of 89.
Mrs. Robinson was a homemaker, a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Dexter and a resident of Bernie.
On October 5, 1939 she was united in marriage to William Thomas Robinson. Mr. Robinson preceded her in death on January 7, 1996. She later married Vallie Walls on February 14, 2001. Mr. Walls preceded her in death on November 27, 2012.
She is survived by one son, Thomas Robinson Jr. and wife Carolyn of Bernie; by one daughter, Doris Ann Turner and husband Wendell of Bernie; by five grandchildren, William Robinson, Mary Tonya Salsman, Marcus Turner, Kyle Turner and Lorn-Nicole Robinson; by eight great-grandchildren, William Holden Robinson, Christie Kneir, Craig Salsman, Lauren Turner, Emily Turner, Hannah Turner, Miranda Turner and Isabelle Turner and by one great-great granddaughter, Anasten.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Gale Loren Robinson; by two brothers, Elmo Howell and Marvin Howell and by two sisters, Ruth Rush and Ruby McFall.

Alfred Gadberry, son of the late Oscar Gadberry and Helen Gibbs Gadberry, was born on September 11, 1937 at St. Louis, Missouri and passed away on September 23, 2013 at SoutheastHealth Center of Stoddard County in Dexter on September 23, 2013 at the age of 76 years.
Mr. Gadberry had worked as a security guard at Tyson Foods, Inc. and as a self-employed carpenter.
He is survived by one son, Leonard Dale Gadberry, of Dexter; two daughters, Rebecca Harris and Shirley Kinkead, both of Dexter; by two brothers and one sister; by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother.
Graveside services will be conducted on Friday September 27, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
Arrangements were conducted by the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. Full Military Honors will be provided.
