Karen Lynn Maslinski, the daughter of Linda Lash Darling, was born in Joliet, Illinois on October 6, 1960, and passed away at her home in Dexter, Missouri on March 16, 2013, at the age of 52 years, 5 months and 10 days.

Karen had lived in Bruceton,Tennessee before moving to Dexter in 2003. She had worked for Westat based in Maryland as a supervisor in there telemarketing services.

Surviving are her husband, David Robert Maslinski of Dexter, Missouri, one son, Marshall Maslinski of Dexter, Missouri; three daughters & spouses, Jennifer and Shane Mitchell of Dexter, Missouri, Jamie Maslinski and fiancé Cory Hottinger, Julie and Shawn Carter-Bishop all of Dexter, Missouri; and seven grandchildren.

Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one son, Bryan "Maz" Maslinski on November 9, 2008.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
