Lillian Mae Short, daughter of the late Huston and Viola Bacchus Sindle, was born on April 24, 1927 in Dover, Arkansas and passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018 at the Southeast Hospital in Dexter at the age of 90. 

Lillian had worked at both Swift and Company and International Hat Factory in Dexter.

Surviving are five children, Stanley Brock Jr., Dorotha Brock, Charlotte Moore and Carol Myers all of Dexter, Missouri and Sharon Downing and Linden of Columbia, Missouri; by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.  She is survived by many friends and relatives.

She was preceded in death by five brothers and six sisters; one grandson, Keith Allen Brock.

Graveside rights will be conducted on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Dexter Cemetery with Rev. Gene Warren officiating.
