
On one of the windiest days of the 2025 softball season the Lady Cats held their annual Senior Night for five graduating athletes.
Isabella Pittman is the daughter of Gary and Jennifer Pittman.
She is a four year member of the DHS softball team. She is also involved in Scholar Bowl, Sr. Beta Club, National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, HOSA, FCCLA, and DECA where she holds leadership positions in each club.
Her future plans are to attend Southeast Missouri State University - Cape Girardeau and major in nursing to obtain her BSN-RN degree.
Her most memorable softball moment at DHS was when Coach Jenkins gave her the Designated Player of the Year Award.

Brooke Morgan is the daughter of Kristan Craft and Mike Morgan.
She is a three year member of the DHS softball team. She is also involved in Future Business Leaders of America and FCCLA.
Her future plans are to attend Missouri State University and major in Early Childhood Education.
Her most memorable softball moment at DHS was throwing warmups with Reese.

Reese Colyer is the daughter of James and Christy Colyer.
She is a three year member of the Dexter High School softball team. She is also involved in Broadcasting, Yearbook, FCCLA, Future Business Leaders of America and Sr. Beta Club.
Her future plans are to attend Southeast Missouri State University - Cape Girardeau, MO

Lawson Blocker is the son of Stacy Hill and Cory Blocker.
Besides playing tennis all four years of high school, he also is involved in Student Council, HOSA, Pep Club, National Honor Society, Sr. Beta Club and NSSC Volleyball.
His future plans after high school Lawson plans to attend the University of Missouri - Columbia and obtain his pre-medical degree.
His favorite tennis memory at DHS was competing in the MSHSAA State Doubles Tournament with Cooper Worley.
