
Donald Leo Brown, son of the late Leo C. Brown and Clara Lee Kuckuck Brown, was born on July 24, 1947, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and departed this life on August 18, 2024, at his residence in Bloomfield, Missouri at the age of 77 years.
Mr. Brown was a Veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in Vietnam and he was a former registered nurse. He attended Trinity Methodist Church in Bloomfield. He enjoyed telling stories, traveling, geography, being outside, camping, canoeing, bird watching and flowers.
On April 16, 1994, in S. Charles, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Sheila Howell. Mrs. Brown survives of their home in Bloomfield.
Along with his wife, he is survived by two sons, Ryan Brown of Moscow Mills, Missouri, and Kevin Brock and wife Danielle of Wentzville, Missouri; by his daughter, Jaime Jarrell and husband Jeff of Dexter, Missouri; by his brother, James Brown of Troy, Michigan; and by four grandchildren, Thomas Brown of O’Fallon, Missouri, Hannah Jarrell of Dexter, Missouri, Jeffrey Jarrell of Dexter, Missouri; and Shelby Brock of Wentzville, Missouri.
Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa Brown.
Visitation will be held at Trinity Methodist Church in Bloomfield, Missouri on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A memorial service will then be conducted at Trinity Methodist Church on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Steve Koerner officiating. Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
