Kenneth "Kenny" Dean McClure, a dedicated member of the 1107 Laborers Union of Cape Girardeau, has peacefully passed away on June 15 2024, in Cape Girardeau. Born on October 8, 1961, in Poplar Bluff, to Lloyd Dean and Louanna (Hoover) McClure, he attended Puxico High School.
During his life, Kenny was known for his passion for playing pool and his unwavering love for spending quality time with his family, especially spoiling his grandchildren. His warm personality and caring nature touched the lives of many.
Kenny is survived by his significant other, Pam Reynolds of Puxico; three sons, Kenneth and Samantha McClure of Wappapello, Missouri, Lloyd McClure and Kerry McClure both of Puxico; six grandchildren; one brother, Dale McClure of Puxico; one sister, Debra and James Lewis of Puxico; and a close personal friend, Nicole Holloway of Puxico.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Dean McClure and Louanna Hoover McClure, as well as three brothers, Sam, Chuck, and Ron McClure.
A visitation to honor Kenny's life will be held at Watkins Funeral Homes in Puxico on June 20, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The funeral service will follow at the same location starting at 1:00 PM. The address is 301 N Hickman St, Puxico, MO 63960 with Pastor Johnny Buttry of Puxico officiating. Internment to follow at Puxico Cemetery with Watkins and Sons in charge of all arrangements.

Mary Frances (Evans) Easterwood was born June 24th, 1923 in Kingsville, Missouri, and died June 9th, 2024 at LaPlata Nursing Home, LaPlata, Missouri.
Frances graduated from Central Missouri State Teachers College in Warrensburg and began teaching in a one-room school near Chilhowee, Missouri.
She and Melbourne Easterwood were married on January 2nd, 1946. After military service in World War Two, they settled in Kansas City, Missouri where he became a federal government meat inspector and Frances worked as a bookkeeper.
In 1954 when their son, Steve, was born, she became a stay-at-home mother. Frances was very involved at the First Baptist Church of Raytown. She was, at heart, an encourager. She tirelessly wrote notes to people, always closing with the phrase, "Jesus loves you and I do too!" Every year she handwrote over 300 Christmas cards. Frances loved flowers and always maintained a large garden.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Truman Evans, her mother, Dora Evans, one sister Mildred Elizabeth Evans, and her husband, Melbourne Easterwood. She is survived by one son, Steven Easterwood, a daughter-in-law, Cheryl Easterwood, and three grandsons, Jonathan Easterwood and his wife Rebecca, Jeffrey Easterwood and his wife Diana, and Jarrod Easterwood and his wife Renee. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, Brielle Easterwood, Kayla Easterwood, Judah Easterwood, and Miles Easterwood.
The funeral will be held at Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg, Missouri with burial at Pisgah Cemetery. Donations in her honor may be made to Future Leadership Foundation, an organization she loved.

Marilyn “Sue” Bratcher, daughter of the late Bob Hopkins and Margie Alford Hopkins was born on June 25, 1957, in Dexter, Missouri and departed this life on June 9, 2024 at the Memory Lane Skilled Nursing Center in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 66.
Sue was a resident of Dexter, Missouri. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Jamie Abernathy of Sikeston, Missouri; by her daughter, Christina Duncan of Batesville, Arkansas; by her two step-sons, Michael Hawkins of Dexter, Missouri, and Lance Bratcher of St. Louis, Missouri; by three brothers, Bobby Hopkins of Dexter, Missouri, Dennis Hopkins of Bloomfield, Missouri, and Charles Hopkins of Illinois; by four sisters, Sherry Branum of St. Louis, Missouri, Darlene Case of Dudley, Missouri, Jelane Hickson of Dexter, Missouri, and Mary Lou Conner of Bernie, Missouri; by five grandchildren, Kristen Duncan, Brittany Smith, Sierra Duncan, Gavin Smith, and Addison Moore; and by three great-grandchildren, Aubrey Duncan, Skylar Henrickson, and Adailyn Smith.

Thomas Edward McLane Jr. died May 31, 2024, in Charlevoix, Michigan.
Thomas was born in Puxico, Missouri on March 2, 1931, to Susie and Thomas Edward McLane Sr. and married Janet Alander McLane in 1956 in Flint, Michigan.
He is preceded in death by his parents and son, James Ernest McLane. Tom is survived by his wife, Janet and sons, Ross (Jackie), Scott (Ann), Robert (Sara), John and Eric (Elizabeth).
Fourteen grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Tom was a firefighter in Michigan with the Flint Fire Department for 35 years and served in the Marines.
Graveside service will be held in Puxico, Missouri on June 12, at 1 at the Puxico Cemetery.
Celebration of Life will be held August 16 in Puxico, Missouri.

Brenda Lee Reazin, daughter of the late James Wade Jr. and Violet Mitchell Wade was born on February 15, 1979 in Festus, Missouri and departed this life on June 7, 2024 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 45.
Brenda was a certified med-tech and had been employed at Cypress Point Skilled Nursing in Dexter. She was a member of the Living Water Worship Center. She enjoyed to go fishing and shopping around yard sales.
She was united in marriage to Donald Reazin on December 8, 2012 in Bloomfield, Missouri. Mr. Reazin survives of their home in Dexter.
Other than by her husband she is survived by her son, Thomas Wade of Dexter, Missouri; by two brothers, Michael Wade of Sullivan, Missouri, and Randolph Wade of Dexter, Missouri; by her sister, Kathryn Spruell of Arnold, Missouri; by fourteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Other than by her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jim Wade III, and Robert Wade.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. A celebration of life service will be conducted at a later date. Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri is assisting the family with arrangements.
