2024 Puxico High School Homecoming Candidate Featuring Lacie Maclin

The Puxico High School held their annual Homecoming Coronation.  

Lacie Maclin is a junior and representing the Cheer Team.

She is the daughter of Matt and Sara Maclin.

Lacie is a member of the Volleyball Team, Cheer Team, FCS, FCCLA, and Sr. Beta Club.

Her interests include taking naps, shopping, hanging with Scyler and going to the Mexican Restaurant with Laney.

Her escort is Scyler Zimmerman.  He is a junior at Puxico High School.

Scyler is the son of Kelly and Jason Arnold and Greg and Tiffany Zimmerman.

He is a member of the varsity Basketball Team and Baseball Team.  He is also a member of FCS, FCCLA, Future Business Leaders of America, and Sr. Beta Club.

He enjoys playing baseball and basketball, going to church, hanging out with Lacie, and FOOD!

2024 Puxico High School Homecoming Candidate Featuring Maddison Camden

The Puxico High School held their annual Homecoming Coronation. The first candidate is Freshman Maddison Camden representing the Cross Country Team.

Maddison is the daughter of Ashley and Brandon Woolard and Brittany and Patrick Camden.

She is on the Volleyball Team and Cheer Team.  Her interests include going to church, sleeping, hanging out with friends, and hanging out with Colton.

Her escort is Logan Robinson, a junior at Puxico High School.  His representing the Cross Country Team.

Logan is the son of Brian and Tracy Robison.  

He is invloed in Future Farmers of America, Future Business Leaders of America, Student Council and Sr. Beta Club.

His interests include running and hanging out with Kennedy.

Bloomfield High School Senior Night Featuring Lauren Davis

The Bloomfield High School honored their seniors at the girls basketball game on Tuesday.  The  held a dedication ceremony before the varsity girls game between the Lady Wildcats vs the Puxico Lady Indians.

Lauren Davis is the daughter of Rebecca Davis.

She is a member of Student Council, Yearbook, Future Business Leaders of America, FCCLA, SR. Beta Club, Pep Club, and she serves as the Senior Class Vice President.

Her future plants are to attend college to become a veterinary technician.

Lauren's favorite high school memory was receiving her first incentive reward for coming to school and not missing a lot of days.

Her impact educator is Mrs. Emmie Watkins

Lauren said the following, "I chose Mrs. Watkins because she always makes sure I am where I need to be to excel and become successful in the future, she has become the teacher that she wished she had in school.  I can't imagine where I would be without her."

Bloomfield High School Senior Night Featuring Mollianne Dodd

Her future plans are to attend college and majoring in teaching in  early childhood education.

Mollianne's favorite high school memory is the Christmas Party the girls basketball team had at Mrs. Watkins house this year.

Her impact educator is Mrs. Lecia Dixon.

Mollianne said the following, "I chose Mrs. Dixon because she has been the sweetest, most loving teacher.  When I decided that I wanted to be a regional Officer for FCCLA she helped me step outside of my comfort zone and achieve my goal."

Marie Fees Named 2024 Dexter High School Winter Homecoming Queen

Dexter High School held its 2024 Winter Homecoming coronation on Friday, January 19th at the Bearcat Event Center.  The boys basketball team hosted the New Madrid County Central Eagles.

The 2024 DHS Winter Homecoming Queen is Marie Fees.

Marie Fees was nominated by the Lady Cats Basketball Team and is a senior at Dexter High School.

She is the daughter of Jim and Willa Fees.

Marie is a member of Sr. Beta Club, Future Business Leaders of America, Student Council, HOSA, National Honors Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, varsity Girls Basketball, varsity Track and Field Team.

Her future plans after graduation is to attend the University of Tennessee - Knoxville and major in Botany.  She then wants to pursue a career in crop Genetic Engineering.
