Elsie Pauline Rhine of Dexter Missouri, daughter of the late Tony and Elsie Mae (Gordon) Bolden was born October 18, 1925, in Kennett, Missouri, and passed from this life on May 19, 2023, at Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 97.
Elsie had lived in the Southeast Missouri for most of her life. She was a member of the Nazerine Church of Bloomfield. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, arts and crafts, ceramics, collecting angel figurines, listening to audio books, but most important spending time with family. She also was member of the Rosie The Rivetors during World War Two doing her part.
She married Cleo "Joe" Rhine in Gray Ridge, Missouri, on September 27, 1941, and remained married until his passing on May 24, 1997.
She is survived by two sons, Joe Bill (Tammy) Rhine of Dexter, Missouri; Jamie Paul (Susanne) Rhine of Plainfield, Indiana; two daughters, Mary Virginia (Richard) Horkey of Rapid City, South Dakota; Peggy Norma (Richard) Hughey of Olathe, Kansas; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; A close personal friend Mrs Kittty Houchins, as well as a host of family and friends also survive.
Elsie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son; Herbert Cleo Rhine; one daughter, Doris Jean Snyder; one brother, Delbert Bolden; three sisters, Floy Crutcher, Irene Barnes and Ruby Rhine.
Visitation service will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24 2023, with service to follow at the Watkins And Sons Funeral Chapel in Dexter, Missouri, with Sister Patricia Wilson officiating.
Interment will follow at the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins and Sons Funeral of Dexter in charge of all arrangements. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
Donald “Dyno” Weaver son of the late Otis Weaver and Winnie Skelton Weaver was born on February 1, 1935 in Bloomfield, Missouri and departed this life on May 19, 2023 at Memory Lane Care Center in Dexter at the age of 88.
Mr. Weaver was the owner and operator of Dyno’s Mechanic Shop. He was a member of South Pleasant Valley Church in Bloomfield and was a resident of Bloomfield. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and taking care of his plants.
On December 1, 1964, he was united in marriage to Shirley Malone in Clovis, California. Mrs. Weaver survives of their residence in Bloomfield.
Other than by his wife he is survived by one son, Lester Weaver of St. Clair, Missouri; by one daughter, Theresa Faries of Bloomfield, Missouri; by three sisters, Dorothy Evans of Texas, Georgie Hughes of Birmingham, Alabama, and Melba Barnett of Bloomfield, Missouri; by nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Other than by his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Ricky Don Weaver; by one daughter, Charlet Carden; by three brothers, Harold Gaines, James Weaver, and Dale Weaver; and by two sisters, Helen Bowling and Louise Smith.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. A memorial service will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Bloomfield Cemetery.

Ronald W. Richards, son of the late Billy Wayne Richards and Beverly Glass Richards, was born on March 4, 1963, in Kennett, Missouri, and departed this life on May 18, 2023, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, at the age of 60 years.
Mr. Richards was the former owner of Richards Funeral Service, he worked for Southeast Missouri Residential Services for 20 years, and was a resident of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing.
He was first united in marriage to Carol Whorton. Mrs. Carol Richards preceded him in death on November 20, 1989. On September 11, 2009, in Piggott, Arkansas, he was then united in marriage to Susan Harris. Mrs. Susan Richards survives of their home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Nickalas Richards of Piggott, Arkansas; by his daughter, Veronica Hartle and husband Garrett of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; by his step mother, Libbie Richards of Campbell, Missouri; by his brother, Randy Richards and wife Linda of Milford, Connecticut; by three sisters, Regina Deken and husband Leonard of Glennonville, Missouri, Anita Bogdajewicz and husband Mark of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and Micah Bell of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; by three grandchildren, River Hartle, Pierce Hartle and Wren Hartle arriving September 2023; and by his beloved dog, Patty.
Graveside services will be conducted at New Tucker Cemetery in Campbell, Missouri, on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Darren Baker officiating.

Edward “Edd” Eubanks, son of the late O.K. Eubanks and Clarsa Simmons Eubanks, was born on July 15, 1935, in Russellville, Arkansas, and departed this life on May 18, 2023, at Cypress Point Skilled Nursing in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 87 years.
Mr. Eubanks was a member of the Missouri National Guard. He was the owner of Edd Eubanks Trucking in Dexter, Missouri, and a resident of Dexter. He was a member and deacon at First Baptist Church in Canalou, Missouri. Edd worked long hours, he enjoyed row crop farming and collecting antique trucks.
On January 21, 1955, in Dexter, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Arlene Waggoner. Mrs. Eubanks survives of their home in Dexter.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Eddy Eubanks and wife Robyn and Jim Eubanks, all of Dexter, Missouri; by two brothers, Bob Eubanks of Harrison, Arkansas, and Gene Gadberry of DesArc, Missouri; by his sister, Shirley Gaines of Branson, Missouri; by two grandchildren, Shane Eubanks, and Shana Klipfel and husband Matt; and by three great-grandchildren, Will Klipfel, Weston Klipfel, and Luke Eubanks.
Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Paula Street Eubanks; by seven brothers, Dr. Odus K. Eubanks Jr., Jerry Eubanks, Cecil Gadberry, Tommy Eubanks, Argus Eubanks, Odus K. Eubanks Jr., and Robert K. Eubanks; and by four sisters, Ruby Moore, Imogene Mackey, Stella Powell, and Edna Ruth Eubanks in infancy.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Sunday, May 21, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Graveside services will then be conducted at Dexter Cemetery on Sunday, May 21, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. with Pastor Dewayne Coleman officiating.

George C. Foster of Puxico, Missouri, son of the late Isaac and Suzie Foster was born on December 24, 1936, in LaForge, Missouri, and passed from this life on May 16, 2023, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the age of 86.
He lived in Southeast Missouri all of his life. George was a member of the Puxico VFW, The DAV and the AAM. George bought and sold anything he could get his hands on cars, trucks, equipment, flea market items, If it was legal to sell he could sell it. George truly enjoyed working but most of all spending time with his family, friends and spoiling his grandchildren.
He married Mona Rhea Crews in Sikeston, Missouri, on June 11, 1960. He was of the Baptist faith.
George is survived by his wife of the home; one son, George Andrew (Amanda) Foster of Puxico; one son-in-law, Carl Junior Conner of Puxico; two daughters, Belinda Kay (Victor) Delay of Acorn Ridge, Missouri; Michelle Lee (James) Layman of Bluffton, South Carolina; twelve grandchildren; Josh (Kasie) Delay, Samantha (Derek) Ford, Ben Conner, Brittany (Drew) Chasteen, Camille Carter, Quinn Carter, Keaton Carter, Nolan, Chloey, Kinsley, Maxx and Lincoln Foster; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Katherine Ruble of Kansas City, Missouri; a close personal friend, George Sifford; as well a host of family and friends.
George was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Lana Sue Conner; two brothers, Harlan , Junior Foster; and three sisters, Mary Woolly, Joann Foster, and Charlene Griffen.
