The Kennett Indians came out firing on all cylinder, but the Holcomb Hornets held on tight in the first quarter ending with a 16 all tie.  

Kennett edged closer to a victory in the second quarter with a small lead of five points,   Once the halftime break was over the Indians demanded their top players to compete competitively scoring 53 points in the second half while the Hornets were offensively challenged scoring only 30 points.

Despite the loss, Jacob Reeves-Crittendon, a 5'9" junior guard, held the game-high 25 points for the Hornets.  He scored only one bucket, but made up for it in 3-pointers pitching in five.  He was 8/11 at the charity stripe.

Ashton Dismukes, a 6'0" freshman from Kennett tallied a team-high 19 points.  12 Kennett Indians scored during the game. Dismukes had 8 buckets and was 3/5 at the line.

Dyson Watson, a 5'11" sophomore, finished with 16 points for Kennett.  He record six buckets, one trey and one extra point from the line.

D'Shun Wilson, a 6'0" sophomore, tallied 12 points which included 5 buckets and was 2/3 at the charity stripe.
