Pavement Improvements on Route N in Stoddard County

Contractor crews for the Missouri Department of Transportation will make improvements to Route N in Stoddard County. 

This section of roadway is located from Route 91 at Bell City, Missouri to Route 60.

Milling will take place the week of Aug. 15, weather permitting. During this time, the roadway will be reduced to one lane.

Weather permitting, paving operations will begin Monday, Aug. 22. During this time, motorists should anticipate closures along 1-mile sections of the route. The route will be open to local traffic ONLY. Completion is anticipated Saturday, Oct. 1, weather permitting.

The work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.

Route 51 in Stoddard County Reduced for Bridge Maintenance

Route 51 in Stoddard County will be reduced to one lane as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform bridge maintenance.    

This section of roadway is located from County Road 494 to South Outer Road 60 near Fisk, Missouri.   

Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, July 26 and Wednesday, July 27 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.   

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.

Route P in Cape Girardeau and Stoddard Counties will be closed as Contractor Crews perform pavement repairs.  

This section of roadway is located from County Road 265 to County Road 266 near Delta, Missouri. 

Weather permitting, work will begin at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3 and will end at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 5.  

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.

Route T in Butler, Stoddard and Wayne Counties Reduced for Pavement Construction

Route T in Butler, Stoddard and Wayne Counties will be reduced to one lane with an 11-foot width restriction as contractor crews add shoulders and overlay the roadway.  

 This section of roadway is located from Route 51 near Puxico, Missouri to Route 60 near Poplar Bluff, Missouri. 

 Weather permitting, work will begin Thursday, July 28 through Friday, Sept. 23 from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. 

The work zone will be marked with signs.  Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
